“I've been with Melissa Felis and State Farm for my three autos, home, and business, for close to 19 years and have always had great service with Melissa and her assistants. They have always answered the phone when I've called and the couple times that they were not able to answer, they called me right back, even when I didn't leave a message. That's great service! A+++
When it comes to State Farm as a company, it's been mostly positive. I had a couple small no-fault comprehensive auto claims like windshields and it was always super smooth. I recently had my first home claim after 19 years and had to go through the usual hoops and fight the typical back and forth insurance battle as expected, but in the end they paid the repairs of nearly $30K. BUT!! After paying out, State Farm dropped my home coverage even when I went 19 years without a SINGLE home claim. They kept my autos covered. I'll be pricing out other options.
So A++ for Melissa as an agent, and A for State Farm until I had my first claim then they canceled my home. My recommendation, give Melissa a call and she does a great job! Once you have a home claim, start shopping around afterward.”
