The Lowen Watch Group is a third party repair facility that is certified to perform warranty and repair services for Invicta. They seem to be the gatekeeper Invicta uses to be the arbiter for deciding if a repair is a warranty issue or not. I sent three watches in for service, (even though within the warranty period, still had to pay a per piece service and assessment fee), one for a warranty repair, as the second hand had fallen off and was loose inside the crystal. I was told the repair would be more than twice what I paid for the watch in the first place from the Invicta Store. I spoke with the service agent and asked them to review, and asked why the repair was not a warranty item. These watches were all just over a year old. They stated that the internals showed signs of damage. I have never dropped or damaged the watch, and I have worn these watches as daily wear while working remotely from home. I asked for an escalation and after two days, another person stating they were a manager, called and restated that the watch was damaged and scratched, so there would be no warranty for the replacement of the movement, which apparently was the fix. I expressed my daily use of the watch and see that as normal wear and that it is unreasonable for me to pay over twice the original cost for the watch as a repair while it still has almost two years under the original factory warranty. I won't be investing in anymore Invicta watches if this is the level of product support provided.
In reply to the response of this same issue on the Invicta Watch Repair thread, the assumption that the watch was subjected to significant force is incorrect. The assessment and denial of my warranty seems to be a very common theme in reviews of this service organization. I stand by my decision to not be held hostage to pay for the repairs and requested the return of my watches. I will spend my money elsewhere and will post my experience publicly to assist others make an informed decision when buying a watch.
Follow-up: Took all three of my watches after they were returned to me by Lowen Watch Group, to a local jeweler in Brandon Fl., and had the second hand remounted, and all watches serviced and batteries replaced, for $20! I was amazed it was so reasonable, this was over 8 months ago, and all still functioning as when new.

Terrible customer service. They lost the watch i inherited from my grandfather and refused to honor the shipping insurance I paid for on my watch.
Attention: check better business bureau before you send your watch to these inept morons. My watch was lost in 2021-2022 and the most recent lost watch is December 2024.

Purchased a wristwatch from their ebay store. Item was disclosed as no box and no tag but brand new. It inherently came with a fixed size of bracelet but they put an extra 5pcs of links in my order so that I can adjust it the way I need to. Very nice gesture to go the extra route and keep the customers happy. I am very pleased with this purchase and the store's staff
Thanks all, I will definitely check your store for my next watch purchase

I had a couple of issues with my Invicta watch. Since I did not hear back from another representative, upon a second call, Erica, one of the Customer Care Representatives from the Lowen Watch Group, was able to swiftly address and resolve my repair order. Erica's professionalism, patience, competence, understanding, courtesy, and friendliness aided in furthering my repair-order in an acceptable fashion. Thank you, Erica! I look forward to wearing my exquisite, working Invicta watch once again, soon.

I had to get my GLYCINE AIRMAN repaired! Still under warranty (can happen) I got my watch back in perfect condition! Being born in Biel-Bienne I’m addicted to precise work! Well done. Now I wait on my TISSOT V8 to come back the same way after service

EDIT: Eric from their customer service reached out to me and got things resolved. Still not happy, but I do appreciate his efforts. Never again. I sent my out of warranty Momentum to them for a second hand repair, got an email that the estimate for service was ready, and I have since spent HOURS trying to get in touch with their service center just so I can pay for the service. Sure wish I had checked the Google/Yelp reviews before getting involved with these people. Appalling service...

I sent in my Nubeo Watch a month ago, emailed the a few times and they do not respond back. Said it would take 14 days to fix and can't get anyone to answer the phone. Don't know if I'm going to get my watch back, they already charge me over $300 for repairs. Will never use this company again.

Because Löwen was kind enough to let me know the name of my watch's battery that I lost, as they seem to be the one company in America entrusted with this information for Wenger watches, I am leaving them a 5 star review. Thank you Löwen for being helpful and of service.

I mailed my watch for evaluation and repair-- the cost of shipping, evaluation and the promised repair came to $200. Only after this was paid did I get a notice saying the parts weren't available and there would be a long delay. When the watch was finally returned to me over a month later it still wasn't working, I asked for a refund. They asked for a video of the stopped watch to prove it wasn't working. Unable to send this, I returned the stopped watch itself as proof, again asking for a refund. Instead they sent it out for repair again, and once again said it would be delayed while they waited for parts. Only after further calls and delays. did I finally get a partial refund. All this took 3 months and many frustrating calls and extended holds.

This watch quick started showing signs of moisture/fogging. I contacted Victorinox (Wenger) who referred me to their approved repair service, The Lowen Group. This repair service contacted me with estimates to clean the inside of the watch, replace the crystal, and even the watch band. When I clarified I only needed the moisture issue addressed they seemed confused, then seemingly started to make up reasons why it would not be covered under warranty, such as "it is possible that the stem was cracked and water entered that way". They then told Victorinox it would not be covered because the stem had been left open, and Victorinox chose to go with that conclusion. I previously owned a Wenger watch for 20+ years and that's why I bought this brand again. Well let me tell you their products are now EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY and not what the they used to be. Shame on Victorinox and The Lowen Group, who apparently changes it's name every time they accumulate enough negative reviews. Don't waste your postage mailing your time piece to this place!

Long story short…..sent my watch for a new band. Paid extra to have it checked over and new battery in addition to the band replacement. Had it for 7 months and stopped working. Told it was fine as it was working while at the shop. Paid to have it sent back. Less than a week it stopped again. After my negative but honest google review I did receive a call. The offer was to return the watch at no charge and they were review it again. Problem I had thrown it away. What good is a watch that doesn’t keep time? Refunded the original amount I paid and the shipping for the second time I sent it to them. Any complaints from me would be me being unfair.

To be quite honest, I do not have experience with the company itself. I have done work for companies close to the store though. On two occasions I have parked on the owners property, and he is quite rude about it. He really does not seem pleasant or respectful. And me being a watch conisueir, I would not want to bring my watches here. Customer service should not just be for customers, it should be for possible future customers as well! So I hope the services they offer is good at least, but there is my two cents on how I think people should be treated!
