They sold me a phone that can't be unlocked because it still has an account balance from the person they got the phone from. I'm hung with the price and they haven't responded to me.

Bought a 15” Mac book, I had it 14 months and the display board went out. Went in and they said it’s outside the 12 month warranty and Apple had recalled and provided free replacements the year before when they owned it and I was now out of luck.
