“I have heard the “At PC Laptops, We love you!” Ad’s on the radio for years. Always told myself to go to these guys when my generic off the shelf HP breaks down… and it did today. Right before big meetings and the monthly billing cycle for my company. I was in trouble, but these guys jumped in and went to work. They found me a laptop in stock that’s 10 times better than what I had (and at a fair price). Stuart, the lead tech jumped in and helped me out. I was there only about an hour and a half and they had all my files and data transferred to the new laptop. Anti- virus installed and ready to go as well. Stuart made sure I was taken care of and walked me through all the stuff I don’t understand without making me feel like a dummy!!! These guys are a very fair price for the value, but considering the 5 star customer service, and their very helpful problem solving attitudes… I would say I should have paid more. They are amazing. 5 stars all the way around!!!”

“I went to buy Persona 3 Reload for the PS5, and I had some trouble finding it, so I asked one of the staff who didn't hesitate to help me. While they went to go look for the game in the back, another staff member asked me if I needed any help while I was waiting, and thankfully, I was already being helped. This good shopping experience is just one of many, and going to Best Buy is always a pleasure. While I may not know any of the staff personally, everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful. I honestly recommend that anyone looking to buy a new video game or some new gaming hardware should shop at Best Buy.”
