“Glynis and the entire team are amazing. They all went above and beyond and helped us with a phone crisis. Katie was incredible to work with. She was so helpful and responsive in so many ways. Blew me away how great the company was to help me with a phone that was out of warranty – incredible. I cannot say enough good things and recommend the company to anyone!”

“Brady and Javin were exceptional. They went above and beyond all expectations I had. Brady is magically skilled. Alan spent time walking us through all of our options. All in all, we couldn’t ask for a better experience.”

“I was traveling through a couple weekends ago (I travel to the area often), and found myself in desperate need of a power supply for my work laptop. Matt was so unbelievably kind and helpful, and got me taken care of! He saved the day! While I was there waiting, a few other clients came in and I noticed the whole crew was super polite, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Their customer service is beyond great. If I could give more stars, I would!”

“Huge shoutout to Jace with the Geek Squad! We came in around 7:45 PM and he was SO swamped, but he still made us feel like we were a priority. He was seriously amazing and had the best customer service. He was extremely helpful, and even amongst all the chaos, he took the time to help us find a solution. Thank you, Jace, for making our experience so great and going above and beyond to help us!! We really appreciate you! 🙌🏼”

“Came in super unknowledgeable and wanting to buy a new phone. I didn't remember any of my passwords for anything because my phone was fried from being dropped in the ocean, and wouldn't turn on.. BEN helped me with everything!!! He was soooo chill about everything! He ended up helping me for 3 hours!!! And made sure I was comfortable and we joked and had fun the whole time!! Highly recommend asking for BEN help with buying/training in a new phone! He even sat with me and helped me set up my new phone and changing carriers! Everyone their was great but BEN is the bees knees!!!”
