“Ethan took great care of us! We went in to get an oil change and a transmission service. Ethan informed us that at this time they don't have the proper equipment to preform the transmission service, and although they may be able to find another method, he wasn't 100% certain and didn't want to waste our time. We appreciated this, because nothing is more frustrating than sitting for 15 minutes only to find out the service cannot be preformed. He then went through the checklist and was very honest with us about what exactly we did and did not need. We felt Ethan is a trustworthy, educated and kind employee that takes care of his customers. We will definitely be returning to this location!!”

“Steve the manager is a great guy. We had some trouble in getting stuck in snow the night before and were worried about potential structural damage caused from tire chains breaking. Steve immediately helped us out took a look and identified that there was nothing wrong. Sent us on our way and didn’t charge us for the time - even put some air the tires! Could not have been a better experience.”

“I love this location. The staff is very friendly and professional. I went in for an emission test for my car yesterday. All went well - thanks, Evan. After I got my new license plates, I realized I couldn't remove my back plate due to rusty screws. I called and asked if they could help me remove it. Tyson said to come on down, and he would see if he could help me. Tyson had the plate off in no time. He was a total pleasure to work with! He didn't even charge me for the service. This is why you should always go to the 700 east location. They are the best!”

“Good service (got an oil change, emissions test, and registration sticker), reliable quality, good price, nice people... It was a busy day with a lot of customers so it took a while but they were very apologetic, kept me updated on progress, and I have a feeling that turnaround time is not their usual (it's never taken that long at Jiffy Lube before)”

“If you are questioning using these guys...just schedule! They were absolutely great and I will not hesitate to use them everytime I need auto work. They communicate every step of the way, very knowledgeable and honest! They replaced my rear brake pads and rotors in 59 minutes! And I didn't have to leave the house. Thier prices are great and I didn't have to worry about them telling me I needed a bunch of work I don't really need. Would give them 10 stars if it were an option.”
