“I was very impressed with the quick, kind and most importantly honest interaction I had here. I got my oil changed at valvoline and was told that I had a “severe” oil leak and should get it looked at ASAP. I passed Alta View Complete Care on my way home and called to just ask if they could take a look. I stopped in, it took no more then 5 minutes for them to see what was going on, give me their honest opinion to where the leak is coming from and suggested NOT fixing it, just to watch it and see if it ever gets worse. I was very impressed. Mechanic shops have the rep of telling you unnecessary things that need to be fixed all the time. With minimal time and a good look, they suggested due to the value/year of my car and the cost of the work it would take to fix it, don’t do it. I very much appreciated their honesty and quick work. No charge just for them to take a look either. When I do have real work that is worth getting done on my vehicles I will be coming back! 👏🏼”

Let me tell you, it was worth a half hour drive to get your oil changed. I know that sounds crazy, but the staff was great but special shout out goes to Amy who seems to run the place. “I have used Vulcan exclusively for tires for 20 + years. They have always had great pricing and tires have always arrived with no exceptions or problems. My most current purchase was for giant 22 inch tires for a pickup and they arrived in less then 3 days in perfect condition. The tires were also manufactured this year (2021) so I was really impressed with that. Overall great experience and will keep buying from Vulcan.”

How am I going to spend $1200 on new tires and get sent home with a low tire at 25 psi ? Last time it was cross threading and now this. I waste so much time after dealing with you. Ridiculous.”
