The guys went over all the adjustments and care instructions with us. They answered all our questions and helped us on the test ride and loading the ATV in our truck. Could we have saved a few dollars by purchasing on Amazon? Maybe... but does Amazon service their products? NO... that is why you purchase from a local family business. My most current purchase was for giant 22 inch tires for a pickup and they arrived in less then 3 days in perfect condition.
