“I have a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I wanted to add a lift , new tires and new wheels. My parents and I have been taking our Jeeps to Brody’s for a few years now, so it was an easy choice to have them do everything for me. I contacted them told them what I was wanting done and they quoted me within 30 minutes and I took my car in two days later. I was able to drop it off during the week because they gave me the option to take a loaner car they have if needed. There were a few bumps along the road due to me thinking I could fit a bigger tire then I could, but Brody’s Team was on top of it. They would always give me a call to update me on progress or to find a solutions to any problems they ran into. They’re always very professional and considerate. Definitely will continue to take my Jeep to them for any services in the future!”

I originally got a bill from another shop of over $4500 of work that needed done on my used car that I recently bought, to keep it running smoothly. The costs were super overwhelming and I searched around to get a second and third opinion. I found Gary Beardsley and because of the good reviews I brought my car to them to get diagnosed and worked on. They were able to help me know where to start first (the problems that were a safety issue). They took the time to figure out if the car actually needed some of the other things that were recommended at the other shop done (simple things that cost a lot that were just part of protocol with a car that's 15 years old and over 100,000 miles). Their recommendations were super helpful and saved me alot of money on repairs to work specifically only on what my car needed.

Everyone that works here is super friendly, easy to talk to and good at their job. The place is the cleanest mechanic shop I've ever been to and they pride themselves in being the best and most competitive in the area.

These guys have never thrown parts at my car hoping it'll fix the problem. They always take the time to be sure what the actual issues are before parts are ordered and repairs are made, also without charging me an arm and a leg for shop time of diagnosing the problem like most shops.

Cars are a long term commitment to keep them running smoothly and dependable, so whatever doesn't get paid for before issues start, gets to be paid after they start and includes having an unreliable vehicle until you find someone that can fix it and knows how to fix it. I've never seen warranties on parts like they have at Gary Beardsley automotive. They are an honestly ran shop that is super competent and competitive at what they do. They are the best!”

“These guys are awesome! Saved me hundreds of dollars simply swapping out my spark plugs when most other shops would have put a new catalytic converter in to clear a nuisance cat code. Turns out whoever did my last tune up, put the wrong plugs in and my vehicle just wasn't running hot enough. None of the other shops who looked at this even thought of that. “I have had Rush Diesel work on my vehicle a couple times to replace the shock, front diff actuator and EGR/DPF cleaning. They also installed a cold side charge pipe boot and only charge me labor as they one part of a set that had already been used. The do great work and are honest. they explained everything that was going on with my truck before any work was completed. I would recommended them to anyone who needs a good reliable and honest shop to work on their vehicle.”

“Truck overheated. I took it in unfortunately near their closing time since it was one of the closer places. He took a quick glance at the coolant reservoir cap and was able to identify a source of pressure leak. He checked the stock of a store where I could get a new cap and that was it. They waited to close the gate for me. They could have easily kept the truck overnight and inconvenienced me but chose to check and do some work close to closing time.

However, after the inspection, I was told me that only front/rear differential, transfer case and coolant need to be changed. And my transmission fluid is good for another 12k miles. “I started hearing a creaking noise from the front of my Tesla Model Y back in October and, honestly, I was worried. I drive Uber for a living and put 200–300 miles on my car every day, so any new sound is a big deal for me. After some research, I called McNeil’s Auto Care, and from the very first phone call I knew I was in the right place.

I spoke with Erica, who immediately put me at ease. She listened patiently while I described the issue, and even though she couldn’t give me an exact quote without an inspection, she went the extra mile by checking what other Teslas in the shop were paying for the same repair. She didn’t brush me off or act annoyed, she genuinely tried to give me as much helpful information as possible. That alone was impressive.

Once I brought my car in for a diagnostic, I learned that Erica would be my dedicated service representative, which ended up being one of my favorite parts of their customer service model. Any time I called, I spoke to her, not a random rotation of people, which meant I never had to re-explain my situation. She always knew exactly where things stood and treated me with professionalism and kindness every single time.

After the inspection, they recommended replacing the control arms which was my most immediate concern. The problem was, I didn’t have the money saved yet. When I told them I was on a debt-free journey and didn’t want to finance the repair, they didn’t pressure me, try to scare me, or try to upsell anything. Instead, they worked with me. Erica talked with the technicians to find out how urgent the repair actually was and called me back with a realistic timeframe, along with what warning signs to look out for. That meant the world to me! They respected my financial goals and my safety.

When I finally saved up the money, I called back and, of course, spoke to Erica, who got me scheduled right away. I mentioned I was hoping not to be without my car too long since it’s my income. When I dropped it off, she told me she made sure my car was first in line and, barring anything unexpected, it should be done the same day. Eight hours later, she called to say everything went great and it was ready for pickup.

My car drives like a dream now. No more creaking, no more stress, and a huge amount of peace of mind.

And on top of all that, they’re just good people. I brought my puppy to the initial inspection, and every conversation afterward, Erica asked how he was doing. That kind of care isn’t something you can teach. It’s who they are.

I have a couple of smaller repairs I’ll need soon, and I won’t take my car anywhere else. McNeil’s is now my permanent service center. If you’re a Tesla owner, especially with higher mileage, go here. They are Tesla certified, they understand these cars, they get you in far faster than the Tesla Service Center, and the bill is significantly smaller.
