I got my oil changed at valvoline and was told that I had a “severe” oil leak and should get it looked at ASAP. I passed Alta View Complete Care on my way home and called to just ask if they could take a look. I stopped in, it took no more then 5 minutes for them to see what was going on, give me their honest opinion to where the leak is coming from and suggested NOT fixing it, just to watch it and see if it ever gets worse. I was very impressed. Mechanic shops have the rep of telling you unnecessary things that need to be fixed all the time. With minimal time and a good look, they suggested due to the value/year of my car and the cost of the work it would take to fix it, don’t do it. I very much appreciated their honesty and quick work. No charge just for them to take a look either. When I do have real work that is worth getting done on my vehicles I will be coming back! 👏🏼”

Ryan Wismar texted us first thing Wednesday morning with everything we needed history, what had been fixed or replaced, and full transparency on any issues. He even sent a walk-around video so we could see the truck before we came in. When we arrived, Ryan was friendly, remembered our names, and walked us straight to the truck. No pressure, no typical salesman routine. He knew the vehicle inside and out and was just as helpful when we asked about other Subaru models. When we decided to finance, Ryan worked with his team and got us a lower rate than we had already been approved for. The store closes at 7, and they stayed until after 9 so we could drive home the same day. This is how buying a car should feel. Ryan made the whole process easy, honest, and actually enjoyable.
