It was a great experience at this location with the representative Elesina…Elesive…totally forgot. But this female representative was Polynesian so the name was a little hard to remember as I was asking so many questions concerning the perfumes. This rep was totally knowledgeable of the base of the ingredients and just very positive in assisting me. I was surprised. But not to mention another representative was also very helpful and willing to assist also. So this store is one to count on, across from the South Towne Mall.

Stellar service and great selection at the Sandy Ulta location
The trip to the Ulta store in Sandy offered a fantastic shopping experience. When browsing for make up and a new moisturizer, foundation, and hair care. An associate named Emma offered assistance. Unlike pushy sales tactics at other stores, She was knowledgeable and attentive. The associate listened to specific needs and recommended a product that was a perfect match for my skin type, and hair type.
The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with both high-end and drugstore brands. The clear signage helped to navigate the different sections. The checkout process helped by Malika was smooth and efficient. It's refreshing to have such a positive and personalized experience in a chain store. Returning to the store is likely.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Ulta location. As soon as I walked in, no one greeted me or made me feel acknowledged at all. When I got to the counter, the girl who helped me came off really snobby and completely unhelpful. I was clearly trying to find a coupon, and instead of being patient or offering assistance, she made me feel rushed. She also didn’t mention anything about my Ulta points, which should’ve been standard it honestly felt like she didn’t care. Customer service matters, and I didn’t feel welcomed or valued here at all. training definitely needs to be put in place.

Customer service at this location is so bad! Bunch of snobs workers! I went to return a T3 flat iron that didn’t work after 2 months and still on warranty also the item was gently used. The policy is 90 days and I lost the receipt. The cashier(I wish I could have got her name) on the counter looks pissed that she has to look up my past order and sooo reluctant to help me choose what flat iron is better since I am not looking for a refund just an exchange for another brand that works! I am not sure if it was the manager that she’s telling I’m returning a flat iron, but did received some serious judgmental look. I feel like I need to get out of there, since I’m so uncomfortable. So I grab the closest flat iron and checked out! Never ever going to this location again!

I visited this location for the first time recently, and I had a great experience! It wasn't overly crowded, the store was clean and well organized and the staff were all so helpful, kind and patient. This will definitely be my go to Ulta location to shop at going forward.

I had a really disappointing experience at this store. I found an item marked 75% off with no exclusions that applied to it, but at checkout it rang up full price. When I pointed out the sign, the cashier admitted it was expired and called the manager.
My husband actually went around and started collecting the expired signs still posted around the store. The staff even said over the headset that the taskers probably didn’t have time to take them down to the manager. Still, the manager, Cassidy, refused to honor the price and flat-out said, “No because of the fine print” when I asked if she’d do the right thing.
It was incredibly poor customer service and a clear case of misleading signage. Very disappointing experience

Today my sister and I both came in for scalp treatments, and the service we received was honestly unacceptable. First, I waited over 30 minutes with no communication or apology. My sister's scalp treatment left her hair greasy and flaky-there was no proper wash, and her blowout looked heat-damaged and uneven. When it was finally my turn, my stylist told me she didn't have time to blow dry my hair but then did a rushed, poor blow dry anyway and charged me for a full blowout without asking. Both of our hair was still damp when we left. Neither stylist was very friendly and borderline rude. Both of us left unhappy and didn't feel like we got the services we paid for. We were each charged $70 for service that was rushed, sloppy, and in some ways damaging. We didn't tip because the quality simply wasn't there, but we're honestly now thinking we should not have been charged at all.

Horrible customer service, everyone who works there isn’t helpful and just give mean girl vibes, they also never have anything in stock when placing online pick up orders. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION SPECIFICALLY

Angie at the Ulta in Sandy is the absolute best! She always really listens to my needs and what my skin needs are or what I want from my makeup. She never fails me and I always leave happy and love the products and colors she recommends!

Store very messy, nobody even acknowledged or greeted me or asked if I needed help, and the inventory was terrible. I never have wished I went to Walmart more than Ulta until today.

I wondered around the store looking for help and received none. I couldn’t find any of the products I needed. When I give up and check out with the limited items I was able to find, I felt rushed and as if I was inconveniencing the workers. Before I could even finish the transaction the gal was already on her phone. This must be a normal occurrence cause as I was leaving I spotted another person scrolling their phone behind the counter. Must be why I couldn’t find the help I needed earlier.. if I need anything again I’ll just order it online and save the hassle.
