As the trustee for my mother's estate, I had to wire funds to several accounts to distribute the funds to family members. The amounts were substantial, and I worried about how to do it successfully. Yolanda Rodriguez spent time with each transaction and managed to do it all successfully in a reasonable amount of time. My family and I are so grateful for her help!

After reading all these negative reviews here, I feel I should add my two cents into this conversation.First and foremost, I have always had a very good experience at this branch.The reps that I have interacted with over the past 8-9 years have always been helpful and attentive, whether I did drive-thru or in-branch visit.I'd like to give an extra praise to my last bank rep that I interacted with this past Thursday (5/4) > Lupita Cisneros. She has been an outstanding example of a bank branch representative who knows how to properly communicate and deliver to their clientele. She went above and beyond with her service delivery on an unfortunate situation that I was facing and I feel that her manager should be aware of what they have in their branch. :)-Lupita you are awesome-thank youAlex

Worst experience I've ever had with a bank. We did a home equity loan through this branch. Not only did it take 6 weeks from when we applied to when the loan closed, but it has now been 3 weeks since the closing and still have not received the funds for the loan; sure did get my statement in the mail though to repay them for the money I have yet to receive. We attempted to avoid this fiasco at closing by asking Trevor who/where to send our external account info so the money can be wired there vs waiting for a check. He said to email it to our loan officer - super secure. I followed up multiple times before the loan funded on where to send my external account info with no reply. Once the loan funded, I asked them to send me tracking info for the check; nothing. After 10 days had passed, I asked them to cancel the check and cut me a new one that I can pick up. I was told, "we can't do that, we have to give it enough time in the mail to reach you before we go that route."Adam Baldwin has been unhelpful in the matter. We have had to push out our construction multiple times now because funds have not been received. Avoid this branch, and US Bank if you want to receive funds in a timely fashion, or be treated as more than just a number.

I’ve been banking with U.S. Bank for over 20 years. This particular Sandy location has To be one of the worst trained and rude tellers in the nation. Particularly an older lady with bleached blonde hair and an accent. There I said it, I don’t usually call people out but the rudeness was unbelievable, for high net worth private client, they could care less.

The absolute worst bank in the country. They’ve canceled my card twice for “fraud” when I’m purchased groceries or getting gas. They also closed my wife’s account with no noticed and sent a check with her remaining balance that went to an incorrect address. It’s unbelievable how terrible this bank is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Unbelievably slow and have complete lack of knowledge about basic banking and just anything to do with their own products. I am astounded by how bad this branch is, no matter what time of day or who you get. Go to Midvale branch instead. They are much faster, nicer and more knowledgeable. It's further for me but worth it to save on aggravation.

Trevor the branch manager went absolutely above and beyond to help me with a Covid relief loan and fix my cards after they had been stolen in a robbery in New York City. I can’t thank him enough. He stayed until 9 PM in order to help me out.I know they’ve been having some hard times with past employees but he’s dedicated to making things right and you should definitely go in again if you’re a U.S. Bank customer… Or if you’re not. Their ATMs are the best in the world. And I have seen them all. You can do absolutely anything on the ATM. BRAVO.

I manage a store in the mall and we have been banking with them for years and years. 3-4 years ago, this bank was always on top of it. Professional, quick, accurate, personable and nice every time we came in. Once the old manager, Cameron left, this place has gone completely downhill. They take literally an hour to get us change. Every time we go to get change (about once a week), we always retrieve a stack of our deposit slips to keep on record after our daily deposit is taken. Multiple times now, we have gotten OTHER STORES deposit slips. Just the other day, we just got one from a store on the mall property that is officially closed...from 7/11/20...That is so irresponsible and such a breach of personal company information. If this bank does not adhere to policies and procedures as they are supposed to, we will take our business elsewhere.

Worst bank for small business. My grandparents banked there for years and other family members, we run a small business and and have ran quite a bit of money through our accounts. My home loan was through them and I my house now I decided to not use them. I have applied for business loans to help us and when covid hit needed that extra boost to get by while waited on accounts to be paid. They are not small business friendly, the communication with them is the worst. Not only the communication from the customer service number to managers, it is the communication with in the actual branch. One doesn't know one policy to the next person. Very unprofessional and I have heard there are other banks that are business friendly. I am looking at other options! The post from 3/23 is very helpful same treatment
