The dedicated banking team is determined to help customers achieve their financial goals, whether they are large or small. One customer, serving as a trustee for their mother's estate, had to wire substantial funds to several accounts to distribute to family members. They were concerned about the process, but Yolanda Rodriguez, a helpful and attentive bank representative, spent time with each transaction and successfully managed the process in a reasonable amount of time. The customer and their family were grateful for Yolanda's assistance. Another customer, Alex, has had a very positive experience at the U.S. Bank Branch over the past 8-9 years. The representatives they have interacted with, both in the drive-thru and in-branch, have always been helpful and attentive. Alex would like to give special praise to Lupita Cisneros, a bank representative who went above and beyond in their service delivery on an unfortunate situation that Alex was facing. Lupita's outstanding communication and customer service skills are a testament to the quality of the U.S. Bank Branch team.
This branch was awesome.. I did not know what to expect because I noticed the rating was kinda low.. don't believe all the ratings This US bank branch was a 10 out of 10.. Yolanda was our teller she went over and beyond my expectations she was wonderful what a awesome asset to US bank . Thank you so much for your hospitality!!
