I don’t know if the people working at your store, don’t get trained properly, or they just can’t hold back the distain they have for the company and the customers. They treat you like your a pain, they don’t greet you, they don’t smile. Please make it a more pleasant shopping experience.

I stood at the photo counter for 10 minutes waiting to drop off a FexEx package. When the only cashier in the store finally finished at the front cash register, she told me she didn't know how to do FedEx and called the manager out of the back room, who should have been helping in the first place.

i waited at least 5 minutes for someone to come to the photo pickup area to help me out, then waited 10 or more minutes at the cash register for someone to check out my items. nobody apologized for the wait time nor did anything to make it better. will not be using this location ever again
