Scheduled a vaccine, came 25 minutes early, never heard my name on the store speakers calling me to the desk, got a text saying my appointment was canceled, came to the desk to then be told that they didn’t have the vaccine in stock. Why was I able to schedule the appointment if you don’t have the vaccine? Is this a drug store or what?

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Went to buy DayQuil an couldn’t cause I didn’t have “ID” how old do u have to be? I’ve never been id to buy DayQuil ever and I would understand if I was trying to buy 10 packs of it but one little box an they refused so much for the “shift lead” “manager” would never come here again!

I just left the Walgreens store in Sandy, in 700 East after spending 20 minutes trying to upload photos from my phone that I needed to print ASAP. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so because the equipment is very old and couldn’t upload my photos. This issue occurs every time I visit this store in Sandy to print photos. Additionally, the employee—a young lady—kept reminding me that I had little time left, every 2 minutes.
The entire experience was very stressful and frustrating. Not only was the equipment malfunctioning, but the employee was also unfriendly. She explained that the machines were very old and that she couldn’t assist me. Overall, the service left me with a very unpleasant aftertaste.
I strongly believe it’s time for management to update the computers and ensure their staff provides more friendly and attentive customer service.

They would be faster if they were standing still. Slowest pharmacy i have been to. Don't go here if you need a prescription filled urgently for in a timely manner.

Once again Walgreens fails to have a Pharmacist on duty and medications cannot be sold. I have had this happen three times at this point. In addition, this pharmacy absolutely cannot get you medications on time. If you enjoy waiting 6 to 7 hours to have your meds refilled.. this is the pharmacy for you! It is worth it to drive further away and go somewhere else than go to this Walgreens and maybe or maybe not have staff in and maybe or maybe not get your meds filled today. And finally, my favorite part, depending on who you talk to, you will receive different quotes for meds you have to pay cash for. Some will automatically give you the coupon, express scripts and others will not. This should be standard across the board. Save yourself the energy of being pissed all of the time and go somewhere other than Walgreens. As a whole, they are terrible. I could run down the list of the locations and complain about each and every one of them. Save yourself and avoid Walgreens at all costs!

Gabe in the pharmacy was more than helpful with me. I was recently married, so some of my prescriptions were going to one name, and the other half to my other name. He stayed on the phone with me for about 20 min while getting everything merged, and never once acted put out or annoyed. He is such a nice man and I appreciated his help so much. Thanks again, Gabe.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for the last two years because it’s in a convenient location. I haven’t had many issues until about 8 months ago when I started being spoken to very rudely by most of the pharmacy techs. Thought it was just a few employees having a bad day, but I guess it might be everyone except for the nice older male pharmacist. I feel like I’m being berated and bullied every time I come to this location, so I figured it’s probably time to switch pharmacies. If you want good customer service and friendly pharm-techs who want to help you, this isn’t the place to go. I know from years of experience in the service industry that this isn’t an easy job, but please remember your customers are people with feelings and treat them with respect.

If I could give this location a negative star review I would. This location sucks. They have no customer service skills what's so ever. I went here to get my son's medication that he desperately needs and no matter how many times my insurance has called to provide all the information needed they still refuse to provide the medication. When his insurance covers the whole thing! He needs it for his seizures! And I cannot go to my normal pharmacy because they were closed. I'm to a point of tears and frustration. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY MEDICATIONS!! The woman pharmacist who is supposed to be a manager ( skinny brown hair) is beyond rude.
