They keep on billing me after I've paid and quit their services and still want more money. When I asked them to send me a mailed receipt and print out has not been done.

Will be switching too Google fiber or starlink to many issues running a business and have over 10 power outages this year alone. Another day I'm not able to ship packages from my business thanks Xfinity for nothing and not working through the night to fix the problem

Terrible customer service. Impossible to get customer service issues resolved. I would give it a zero if possible.
