Terrible company. Crappy service. Non stop outages. If you have an outage they block you from being able to connect with customer support, even if it’s not regarding the outage. Switching to Google fiber.

I got to the store at 7:40 doors already closed and suppose to be open till 8. I work in customer service and I don’t care if it’s a minute before or what ever. Your door stay open until the exact moment you close. Terrible service which is exactly why I am canceling. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

We were supposed to Get upgraded boxes and instead they gave us really old ones. I spent hours on the phone with customer service to fix it.
