Website obfuscates ways to make your payment. Even with ad-blockers off you need to wade to the bottom to a small link past a wall of upsales. It might as well read: "oooh you want to pay your BILL ... I see ... well, click here..."

we got charged $100 inaccurately and it should be waived as it was YOUR fault. BOTH OUTLETS WERE WORKING. YOU GAVE US A ROUTER THAT DOESNT WORK THEN CHARGED US FOR IT NOT WORKING!!!??????? I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to you guys and will deter everyone from your company. All we asked was for it to be waived and instead you lost a customer as we cancelled our service because of your negligence. I work in property management and recommended everyone that moves in to xfinity and now will tell them to go anywhere BUT XFINITY.

Ever since I dropped my mobile service with them, my Internet has been intermittent at best. Can't do hardly anything on my phone while connected to my Wi-Fi and my streaming services stop working around 8:30 to 9 pm.

When you work from home and pay 250$ for service and they choose to work on it, causing it to go down then they give a time that it will be up by and 2 hours later it's still down no wonder everyone goes to fiber as soon as they can because this is a joke !!!

Went in several places to get some phone records and they told me they couldn’t get them the last place I went into on Winchester in Murray . They could get the records but would not give them to me because of the fact I’m not my mother and my mother is dead so I couldn’t get the records and she showed me that they were there so that was very displeasing and very upsetting because I need them for court.

The absolute worst internet in the salt lake area. Have fun trying to get ahold of someone on the phone besides bots that don’t listen or respond correctly. I’d be ashamed to work here let alone be proud to say I have anything to do with them.

We have Comcast business Internet and the past year it has been at least 6 outages or more during the work week a month. We will be switching soon.

Customer service is bad. If you were to call they will transfer you somewhere out of the country. Nobody cares to help you. I stayed over an hour on the phone and disconnected

Have had Comcast for over a decade. Service has gotten nothing but worse. Tried calling today about the daily outages we're experiencing. It's near impossible to speak with a live agent. The automated system hangs up on you after telling you there is an outage. And the agent also could not do anything or provide any information about why the Internet goes down daily, for 2-4 hours. Will be switching providers ASAP. So sick of this company. Treat your customers better.

After waiting 3 days for repair with NO internet!1st you charged me for a service call, and the problem is with YOUR fiber optics equipment, 2nd you took 3 days to get it partially fixed, 3rd you sent a coax repair tech to repair a FIBEROPTICS issue. 4th, the fiberoptics problem will take 1 week to get repaired!!. 5th, your text support was HACKED they got my # and tried to hack my account, causing me grief! 6th you charged me 299$ on my credit card UNACCEPTABLE!I'm looking for another provider as this is no way to treat a long-time customer.
