“Good Morning ,
I shop at Frei's Produce " right next door " every two weeks THE BEST ... I had never stopped in at the gift shop and I was happily surprised yesterday with a dear friend of mine . We bought a few items and what was just so fun was Dear Loretta sharing the history of her family and this adorable cottage shop.

“This is an outstanding family run antiques shop. Small American businesses like this are the backbone of our communities and deserve our support. I was able to add some beautiful pieces of silver flatware to my collection here and I was more than thrilled. I was treated with so much kindness and respect! They made me feel like family. I only wish it wasn't so far from home so I could visit more often! Thank you for a superb experience!”

“This darling shop is full of treasures & the ladies who run the shop great to work with. I was in need of a floor lamp to fit my bohemian taste. I knew I would find the right piece at Carmel's. I was impressed with all the glassware they have, too. Beautiful wine glasses! If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, this will be your "go to" shop!”

“Wonderful store... and although lots of stuff (ok junk as well) to be had... this place caters more to collectors and people who buy antiques or even valuable art for that matter. It has bargain items but on the other hand may have a steampunk work of art from a famous local artist. This is not really a thriftshop and negative reviews get this construct wrong - so please ignore. It does have thriftshop items though, but it really caters to real collectors and has unique items. Ok do not want to hurt their reputation but even Elon Musk could find something here to like if that makes sense. Maybe he would buy the 1950s porcelain Disney Bambi made in Japan. I can honestly say, I have never gone into this store without buying at least one item - and that is the truth - so help me God - peace out. PS - do not underestimate this store for bargain hunting and let's add a great place to find a killer Halloween costume or used power tool... I know the Elon comment may be misinterpreted. The owner - well, she is a wonderful person, very friendly and knowledgeable.”
