Had an amazing time everything was fantastic and the service was awesome. The rooms where rooms where clean the location being next to snow canyon was awesome. Definitely going back.

We live local and had the best time there! We all left sunburnt not realizing how much time we spent there! We had a cabana the first part and the last few hours, we just played! There’s one slide but it was plenty, never hardly ever a line for it. Excited to plan another trip!

I enjoy bringing my family to Arcadia year after year. I was a bit disappointed in the rental bike situation , you have to go offsite and in the past we could book the bikes right at the resort. We did not rent any bikes, we went to rampage and they did not have the ability to supply us. They do have a rental bike on display only to force you to leave the confines and drive 2miles away to try and wrangle bikes to adventure into snowcanyon. I miss the ability to just rent on site . Also we wanted to have smores an the fire pit by thenpickleball court wouldn't light and we were forced to bring our whole 19 person group to the pool and use the fire at the pool , just too hot plus its annoying to have to move our whole party frome the firepit to firepit . We do enjoy this place, and make sure to shake out your shoes , we found a scorpion in the house . I'll post a picture later. Still give it 5 stars for the fun times we did have .

The Arcadia Resort is beautiful! We loved our house and the neighborhood! The pool area and clubhouse was awesome! Includes a nicely equipped gym as well! I highly recommend!

We have stayed a multiple units in the past few year and have loved each one of them. This year we stayed at 4-5 for our family reunion with two villas we slept 16 adults and 20+ kids. We love having the kitchens to cook meals and the sliding back doors to open up the space when we gather.The kids of course loved the pools and the fun waterslide. We also enjoyed the addition of the corn hole and pickle ball courts this year that were not finished last year. They also added a nice fire pit to sit around at night/evening.This is a beautiful area to stay in as it is very close to snow canyon state park if you enjoy getting out into the red mountains and canyons that southern Utah has to offer.Rooms: Rooms are nice and big with most having its own bathroom attached.Nearby activities: Snow canyon is very close. Also close to entrada golf course and the new black desert golf course.Walkability: A lot of the units back up to the pool so it is very easy to walk and see the pool from them. Let’s place is amazing! Generally, we come to this place for family reunions and it’s always great! So many rooms, great waterpark, and so close to everything, including the stars!Whenever I come here, I feel relaxed and happy. I would recommend this to my friends and family and anyone! Worth every penny!

We stayed at #51. The house was lovely, but the bed in the master bedroom is terrible. All the mattresses in the house seem pretty low quality, they remind me of college apartments (all of my siblings ended up leaving our family reunion a night early because they wanted to go sleep in their own beds). The one in the master is particularly worn out though. It dips noticeably towards the center and the padding feels extra worn out and thin in the center. I texted the staff to let them know after I woke up terribly sore at 6 a.m. the first morning, they responded with "Good morning Clarissa, thank you for the feedback. We hope you can enjoy the rest of the villa and resort!"So yeah, i wouldn't stay at this particular house again unless they updated at least the master bedroom mattress.I submitted a review on their website to that effect on Monday 5/20/24, it does not show up there, maybe it will in a few more days, but it is looking like they censor the reviews on their website.The rest of the house and resort are lovely, but waking up in significant pain every morning is a significant con.
