In the past this location has been my favorite dollar tree ever. The staff are polite and the place is generally clean and kept nice. But lately it is just all over the place. The last several times I have come in, the inventory is unpredictable and frustrating. The holiday section is well stocked (though most stuff is closer to $2 in price if not more.) but when I start to venture on to other areas, I can't seem to find the stuff I typically find, the stock is low or empty on so many items. The focus seems to have gone towards how to sell the bigger ticket items and now the 1.75 stuff is forgotten. That's the whole reason I am a loyal repeat customer is for the great value on all kinds of stuff. But now, even just the balloons they have to offer are several dollars a piece. Perhaps the growing pains will subside and the employees will find a rhythm, still stocking the basics, but also selling the new variety.

This place is a train wreck! The problem is they have a lot of help but nobody wants to help! There's always a line around the store to check out and one casher but 4 clerks standing around. When one clerk does step up, she only takes a card cause she doesn't want to open a drawer to count at the end of the night. These people need new or better management 🙄 the place is great place to shop and always busy and could make a lot more money if they where managed better.

Don’t come here very often, but when I do, the service is good everybody who works here is nice and the only place we can still get candy for $1.25

Horrible customer service! Younger girl with the name tag Heidi, needs to find a new job that’s not in customer service. My husband and I came in to get some things for a Halloween get together we are having, she was so unhelpful and impolite. Rushed us out, she couldn’t find the scanner on one of our items and was throwing it around , slamming it up and down because it wouldn’t scan. My husband asked how her day was and she completely ignored him, just kept on smacking her gum. My husband and I were both shocked. Rude little girl.

They really need to change the name of this stores franchise. It is no longer dollar items. Prices go up to $5 if not more. And they start at $1.25!!!
