4 years ago a nice man at St George UT OReilly replaced my battery. My husband took the same car for new battery to Santa Clara UT OReillys and the worker said they can't put the battery in because it's too close to the master cylinder? Guess what, the master cylinder is where it was last time lol. Took my business to Burt Brothers and they were happy to have it for the same price. Won't bother going to O'Reilly's. Told my granddaughter about it and this store did the same thing to her last year.

So I bought windshield wipers from them a couple of weeks ago and they didn't put them on my car, no problem till I tried and had 3 different mechanics try and none of us could figure it out. Went back thinking they sold me the wrong ones for my car. The manager came out and put them on for me. They were more complicated then you would think but really glad he did with no problems or hassles right before I left for vacation.

Now I'm not one to leave reviews, but I feel that in this case we could use a little bit of change. All of the workers that I met (aside from one kind lady) will belittle you just for asking for help. Now I've been working on vehicles since I was 8, so maybe a part of this is my pride haha. But it Almost seems like they try to make you feel bad for having them do there job when they'd rather stand out front and smoke. Basically all I'm saying is customer support isn't really good, but just like any other auto store you'll get what you need (hence the two stars). But if you can spare a couple extra minutes it might be worth driving to Napa or auto zone
