We tried some other larger places around town and got a good idea of what was available. Most of the brands were available in most places. The salesmanship and knowledge of the salespeople varied from good to poor. We sometimes learned more just from surfing the web. We were about to head out of town for this, when we decided to try Sleep Better Mattress Store in Santa Clara, Utah, next to Harmons.Austin greeted us and and we told him what we were looking for. Over the time we were there in the store, he answered all our questions far beyond what anyone else had. Didn't push us to steered us away from some beds and toward others, based on what we thought we wanted. We ended up buying a Purple bed with adjustable frame. He was expert and we felt comfortable buying there. They delivered and set it up and hauled our old bed away. Between his knowledge, low-key salesmanship, and subsequent service, it was one of the best buying experiences we've ever had.The store itself is easy to find and get to, plenty of parking, is spotless inside, the floor models are in perfect condition.I was trying to find something to criticize but I even liked the music playing.If we ever buy a bed again, it'll be there. Here's to hoping Austin is still involved in the process.
