Ben at Santa Clara post office is so kind and friendly. Always has something nice to say and cares about helping you. He is fast and efficient while being kind to each person he helps . Such a positive experience. Thank you Ben

Mailed package to myself from another state via Priority Mail. Never arrived. Somehow it went to Rochester, New York and then disappeared. The tracking number no longer gives any information. Neither Santa Clara or the USPS was helpful or slightly compassionate. Was told to file a claim on line. Have attempted to do that many times and keep getting an error message. Also they want proof and date of purchase. My items are not replaceable. I wasn’t even asking for reimbursement. I just wanted some closure and some clarification as to how and why my package was lost. I am heartbroken, but lesson learned. Never, ever use the USPS for anything important because they don’t deliver or care. Santa Clara postmaster did not answer my calls. Would give zero stars if possible and I am sure no one really cares about this review.

The person who deliver our mail/packages keeps putting our mail/packages in someone else mailbox. This person does not pay attention to the house number and street. He/she is horrible at delivering the mail. This is getting ridiculous this person does not know what they are doing. I have had this happen with 4 packages now. They either need to let this person go or not them deliver mail/packages any more.

Have received my neighbors mail so frequent it scares me. They in turn have brought mine to me, sometimes open.

I have never had a good experience with Santa Clara post office. Loose at least 1 package of letter a week. My most recent experience is in the last month loosing 7 packages. I had 5 packages that according to Amazon were delivered on a Monday but the mail man left a note in the mailbox saying I needed to pick them up at the post office. Went to the post office every single day for a week and they can not find them. They gave me a phone number to call. Gave the lady on the call the tracking numbers for the packages and they said that the packages were delivered. Still no packages. I’m seriously worried about Christmas coming and if I will even get the things I have ordered. Santa Clara post office, I absolutely hate being your customer!

Everyone at the post office is so friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. Even when the line is long, they are patient and happy to answer questions. Today I had a package that contained items I really needed for a family trip the next day— it said that it was delivered in a parcel locker but there was no key…I called the post office with the tracking number and she contacted the delivery gal who brought it personally to my house at the end of her shift. I just felt they deserved a big thank you for going the extra mile, it really meant a lot to me!
