The in-person service here is wonderful. However, I can rarely get them on the phone. I waited 30 minutes the other day and decided to just hang up. Getting a loan approved also took much longer than they originally told me it would. Other than that, no hidden fees.

We had the best experience at Cyprus. I wish I could remember who helped us but she was so nice and had all of the paperwork we needed to pay off our loan. We would recommend the Saratoga Cyprus Credit Union.

I made a deposit at the Sartatoga Springs branch. The virtual teller was very friendly and helped me with what I needed. Just wished there was a branch in Southern Utah County.

Don't ever deposit a check into the ATM. Takes a week to 'verify and clear.' Completely unacceptable. It's 2023!

I love Credit Union's, and this is the best for me. Friendly and fast and helpful in my normal interactions, and my relationship with them actually means something when it comes to my banking. I genuinely enjoy doing business with them.

freezer death required a quick loan, Cyprus was great and worked through my inexperience in about an hour had the funds by 4 that day.
