The in-person service here is wonderful. However, I can rarely get them on the phone. I waited 30 minutes the other day and decided to just hang up. Getting a loan approved also took much longer than they originally told me it would. Other than that, no hidden fees.

We had the best experience at Cyprus. I wish I could remember who helped us but she was so nice and had all of the paperwork we needed to pay off our loan. We would recommend the Saratoga Cyprus Credit Union.
