“****READ - 5 stars because this store itself is great - however, Lawana, if you’re reading this - please know that your venomous, hostile, arrogant and entitled attitude was duly noted when you came into the store today (8/22/23 10:20) waving your employee badge around and demanding you be taken to the store manager. It appears you were there to help w staffing issues but regardless of the circumstances your treatment of the cashier, arrogance, and the embarrassment you made of yourself in front of the customers was inexcusable. Hope you’ll do better.”
