“These guys are amazing! Recently as I was traveling back and forth to work I had some bolts break off my car. I went to these guys to get it replaced and I thought maybe I could drive on the last few bolts that I have. Well my car ended up breaking down. They recommended me a good towing service And they even replaced it at a cheaper price than what most places would. They're also very friendly and very welcoming. They don't try to overcharge you and they definitely won't tell you to fix something that doesn't need to be fixed. If they believe something should be fixed, they'll let you know that it needs to be fixed, but they won't force you to do it. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you're on a tight budget.”

They reported that it must've been caused by a loose oil filter instead of making up a fake mechanical issue. Running another errand in my wife's car, I popped into Burts to ask if they will do my rotation for free since I bought the tires there. A.woman behind the counter said yes, but the guy RUNS the place apologized to me that the staff had not explained this when I bought the tires.
The truth is that they did - I'm just old and forget stuff sometimes. ?
If he's willing to apologize for a tiny transgression that didn't even happen, what do you think they'd do made a mistake?

I told Vern’s the samething and he figured it out so quick! My alignment is staying true and they fixed a ball joint and it was priced well and done quick! Whenever they do make recommendations, I know it is to make my cars safer on the road. I buy all my tires from Les Schwab and get free flat repair and tire rotations. I've had this location do the brakes on one of my cars and it has never been better at stopping. I recently purchased new tires and had an alignment done at the same time, Les Schwab was able to find the right size, rating, and life of the tires that I needed. I was back on the road quicker than expected and the car handles great. Friendly and courteous staff who always hustle to get me back on the road as quickly as possible, while taking care to make sure everything they work on is exactly right. And they warranty their work so I know if I do have a problem, Les Schwab will take care of it.”
