“I had a great experience working with this company from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They were clear about expectations, timelines, and costs, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and delivered results that met—or even exceeded—my expectations. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, and I always felt like a valued customer. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.”

“We neglected our battery until it was dead. Corrosion was so bad I couldn't get the thing out. Pretty unwise on our part. Ted with JC came to our rescue! He was super nice, quick, and professional. Managed to get the old battery out, made sure the battery was the actual issue, lingered while we installed a new one, and saw us on our way. It was a great experience!”

“Absolutely great towing service! Our Jeep broke down in Hyrum on a Sunday afternoon, the day before Memorial Day- great timing I know. Our insurance contacted Autocare to tow us back to our shop in Layton. They were very communicative keeping us informed as we waited on the side of the road as to when they would be there to help. Alex Falcon, our tow driver was fantastic- he called us personally to let us know when he was on his way, got our Jeep loaded and transported back to Layton and was absolutely great. I highly recommend Autocare- if you need a tow, they’re going to take care of you!”
