“We neglected our battery until it was dead. Corrosion was so bad I couldn't get the thing out. Pretty unwise on our part. Ted with JC came to our rescue! He was super nice, quick, and professional. Managed to get the old battery out, made sure the battery was the actual issue, lingered while we installed a new one, and saw us on our way. It was a great experience!”

“Alex is top-tier, both professionally and personally. Great communication and great conversation on the drive back home. Hopefully, I’ll never have to use Autocare again, but if I do, I hope Alex gets the ticket.”
