“We neglected our battery until it was dead. Corrosion was so bad I couldn't get the thing out. Pretty unwise on our part. Ted with JC came to our rescue! He was super nice, quick, and professional. Managed to get the old battery out, made sure the battery was the actual issue, lingered while we installed a new one, and saw us on our way. It was a great experience!”

I’d had a bad experience with an Autocare tow truck driver in the past involving getting my wife’s car out of a ditch… I was hesitant to let them respond to my roadside assistance request through AAA, but was told they were the quickest option. Jose responded and was professional, friendly, and obviously knew what he was doing. The truck was clean and overall, it was a very good experience. 5/5 for Jose. Hire a full recovery and towing team just like him!”

Some parts were on back order and took some time to arrive. I frequently called for updates and each time they were more than pleasant when annswering any questions I had.
