Sat in the drive up for over 10 minutes while the banker helped multiple people in the store before finishing my transaction. She was not in the only one on duty, just a mismanagement of responsibilities.

Went there to open an account because their website doesn't work. I was told they were too busy and they couldn't do it. Too busy to have your business is a first for me. I guess I did the right choice walking away.

I love our local Chase Bank branch. We had a car loan through another local bank- this other bank was awful to work with. Today, Austin a teller at this Chase bank, helped us figure out how to pay off our car loan without any stress or frustration. I love Chase. They are friendly and great to work with.
