“Jordan was great in reaching out and working through this process with me, as well, the storage facility is clean and well kept and easily accessible we are very happy to have found Sojo storage.”
“I love using Extra Space Storage and have used them many times in other states.
Krystal from the office is amazing and made things so easy for me. She is also friendly!
The only reason I didnt do 5 stars is because they don't have app remote entry. I picked them because of that feature since I had it before. I could have went closer and cheaper. Kind of bummed but will give it a shot. I was also surprised there wasn't a gate around the property but I guess it's a safe space.”
“Josh got me set up in less than 10 minutes.Security is top notch and I couldn't be happier with getting started here. Highly recommend this place to anyone. The iris scanner makes you feel like a bond villain, which is a plus in my hook haha.”
“I rented a storage unit and the very next day after I paid my situation changed. I told him I wasn’t using anymore. I knew I wouldn’t get my money back and I said I was moving out. They called me back within 15 minutes and said they’re gonna refund me half my money because I didn’t use the storage unit and I didn’t even ask for it. I appreciate their commitment to their customers!”
“Initially I was not satisfied with the company used for the answering service and rentals l, which led me to leave a bad and deplorable review for Towne storage in So Jordan. But since meeting the lady in the office and working with the manager at the location my heart and feeling of this place was immediately reversed. This is a wonderful place to store your items, it is safe and has private access and climate controlled to make sure your things are well stored and protected. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I am a happy person and customer. So I am pleased to store some of my prized items here. I trust these guys. And definitely work with the office staff especially the wonderful lady in the office, now she understands and possess an unmatched level of customer satisfaction. I am happy that everything worked out.
Thank you”

“We have used this location for over 6 years and had a great experience. The facilities are very clean. The process to transfer to a larger unit was simple. The onsite property team has always been friendly and helpful. Pricing is good.”
