“Neil was helping me and was AMAZING at being: accurate, kind, understanding, efficient, and extremely helpful!! I had ordered a climate controlled unit and the person at the call center gave me one that wasn't climate controlled. Neil answered the phone first thing when they opened and knew what to do and how to help me. He immediately knew what had happened and made it right by finding me a unti tight by the door!! He also gave me a discount because for the trouble. I had to remove everything in 105F weather and he kindly found me a cart to make everything a 100 times easier and saved me in multiple ways. He saved my entire day!! Please give this man a raise! I highly recommend this company as well.”
