About 40th Street Park
40th Street Park is a nice, clean park with a lot of grassy space and a fun hill for flying kites. It features a great, awesome, and newer playground with cool play structures, slides, swings, and interactive toys that children love. The park includes a skate park, tennis courts, and basketball courts. A huge pavilion provides big tables and BBQ grills, making it a great place for picnics and accommodating many families. The park is dog-friendly for leashed pets. However, experiences with the restrooms vary; they are sometimes noted as nice and clean, but have also been reported as gross or even locked, with closures during the winter months.

Nice park! Cool playground, a pavilion with tables and BBQ grills, restrooms, tennis and basketball courts, a lot of grassy space, and a skate park.

Lots of fun things to play on. My little nephew had a blast on the slides and the swings! There's cool interactive toys as well that make noise or move.
