“Huge shout out to John, Sam, and the rest of the Xtek crew! Some of the most genuine people I know. They did some work for me on a SA Prodigy and it turned out phenomenal. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend them to anyone thats looking for top of the line service, down to earth people, and just an overall good place to enjoy the glory that is our 2nd amendment.”
“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This was my first online purchase for a firearm and the process was beyond smooth. Communication was great and the rifle is absolutely beautiful. I cant argue with the price either. Thanks!!”
“One of the best gunsmith i’ve known. If you have any surplus guns or classic collection that needs to be repaired, this is the place to go. Thank you for keep practicing old school way!”
“I really like this shop and the guys who run it! They are always super helpful and friendly. Plus the staff are very knowledgeable and don’t make you feel uneducated for asking “dumb” questions. I picked up my whisper can the other day and the entire process was as pleasant as possible. If you like guns and supporting the second amendment spend your money here!”
“Had a muzzle break from the factory that was not coming off. Took the rifle in with a scope and rings and had Garret mount the scope and take the break off the rifle. This shop gives off a serious feel and you can tell they know what they are doing. Already recommended them to every co worker and friend. I will 100% be back here.”
“Called in about a mess up I made tonight regarding my Glock 45. Told me over the phone how to fix it and lo and behold I fixed it. Guy was great and potentially saved me a couple hundred bucks. Thank you!”
“Firearms Pro is the premier location to purchase your firearms. The staff is excellent, specially Hope who is a customer service professional, her Boss Brian is the person to ask for if you can’t find a specific firearm, Brian will find it!!!”
“1000 star all around! Came in to ask some questions left with a beautiful laser engraving on my pistol. My last name and college logo! The owner took time to talk to me and explain everything and they even let me watch while the work was done! So happy I came here and will 100% be coming back!! Best gun store I’ve been in and I’m from out of state!”
“I've had a few guns worked on here. if i have a problem with my gun I cant do myself I go to them first. I have had nothing but quality work come from them. thank you guys.”
“They were absolutely wonderful to work with. I don’t feel I’ve ever been in a pawn shop where I felt not only at ease, but welcomed and respected simultaneously. I, in no way whatsoever, got the impression I was being taken advantage of or mislead. They were honest, kind, and informed. I will be bringing my business here exclusively. Don’t miss the opportunity to work with such high quality individuals, running a shop with integrity.”

“Wonderful down to earth people that give a great selection of firearms, suppressors, and even tactical vests. They had a lot of knowledge about this industry and it made us feel safe with conducting business with them. We will be returning not just for business but to keep in touch with these amazing people.”
“Excellent customer service, goods, knowledge hub, strategic & tactical planner, Chris Turpin is a consumate pro and trusted advisor for all things in being prepared!”

“For handgun training, I visited weekday's afternoon.

“Darrin Kendall runs an awesome shop. Now that I work across the street I'll be in more. Edit, Just bought an awesome Kimber from Tom. Guy deserves a raise. Thanks again guys”
“I don’t know what it is, but every time I come to a sportsman’s warehouse, everybody here is super nice except for the people who work in guns.
I’m at the Ogden location off of Riverdale rd.
I walked up and I cracked a joke to the three employees standing there not helping anyone and I said “oh my gosh, I think this is the first time I’ve ever seen a Sportsmans warehouse without any customers at the counter”. I got dirty. Looks from all three employees.
So then I asked who has the most experience when it comes to reloading and they pointed to one guy I don’t know his name. I wish I got it and he said yeah sure depends on what you wanna do.
The real issue is, he was not very friendly at all actually kind of a jerk. On top of that I politely asked him to look up a reloader for me to see which of their stores might have in stock. He said yeah Midvale hasn’t stock I said cool. Could you call them and ask them to put her on hold for me and I’ll head over there right now?
His response was no you can call him yourself.
That is the third horrible response. I’ve received from employees at Sportsmans warehouse and this just drew a line in the sand for me. I’m done doing business with these guys and I’ll stick to going to Scheels.
I have never been treated so poorly at any gun shop I’ve ever walked into other than sportsman‘s warehouse.
The last issue I had was very, very similar about the employee was a lot ruder than this guy to the point where the manager ended up, calling me directly about the issue with the employee.
I don’t know if it’s in the employee handbook to just be as rude and cold as he possibly can be but if that’s what it is then give all these guys a raise”
“First time the other day, very friendly staff showed us around and explained the working of the location, will definitely be back to join and get the wife some good practice”
