Had the suspension and bearings replaced. The car rides like new. Ryan did a great job showing everything that he was going to do, explaining complications that might come up, and communicating throughout the entire process. I recommend this shop to everyone who asks for a recommendation.

Oh Charlie ha ha talk about friendly service this guy is like an Uncle to all of us. I have not had the opportunity to use Charlie on my own stuff but as a previous shop owner operator I know a good shop when I see it. I recommend work all the time because I know they do good work at a fair price. Tip them with pizza delivery 😋

Kirkbride Auto is hands down the best mechanic shop I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, they were timely, fair-priced, friendly, and incredibly honest.
Both Charley and Ryan go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is diagnosed accurately, repaired efficiently, and returned in top shape. Their customer service is outstanding, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work.
If you're looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop, honest mechanics, or just need a reliable place for car maintenance in Ogden, I can't recommend Kirkbride Auto enough.
I also love that they don't try and upsell me on unnecessary repairs. If they say the work is needed, it is needed!

Charlie and Ryan are the only mechanics I trust with my vehicles. Honest, fast and fairly priced. I sent my parents to them when they had car issues and they took great care of them. I tell all my friends to bring their cars here.

Horrible service!! I don’t know how they were scheduled more than a week out. I dropped my vehicle off on our scheduled day. Fast forward 2&1/2 weeks later no communication. We called to get an update and they had quickly looked at it and decided they didn’t want to do the work. The printout showed the date of the day we dropped it off and then just let it sit. Looking at other reviews I think we dodged a bullet from being overcharged as well. Will never consider looking at them as an option to get anything fixed.

Super nice and great customer service! I got an oil change done a couple months ago and they weren’t pushy with any extra sales, very good at explaining what was going on with my car, and even took me into the shop to point out something I was concerned about wasn’t critical to fix for safety and they can fix it whenever I’m ready. I was a little late on my emissions and they were great at getting me in same day. So kind and everyone seems to really enjoy what they do

I can not say enough about how great Kirkbride Auto is. Our daughter goes to school in Utah and we live in Kansas City. It was the most helpless feeling to be so far away when her car broke down. Kirkbride was not only honest they were very compassionate to our situation. So grateful to have found them and I can not recommend them enough. Thank you !
