This is the best cannabis pharmacy in the are in my opinion personally. Even when they are busy and 5 people in front of me in line I am out the door in under 25 minutes. The other two close locations have worse prices, lack the specific edibles I want, and I spend about an hour every time they are busier though so I'm not meaning to insult the people who work at Dragonfly the of course have always been polite. My experience with delivery from flower shop has always been good. If I had to complain about anything it would just that myrcene is what helps the best with my pain and recently there haven't been many myrcene high options for concentrates (I only vape concentrate and do edibles). But it's not the end of the world.
I also just want to say there have been a few times I've had issues with my debit card at the atm or something to do with work and I've been a real asshole and stormed out of the building. Please know I have NOTHING against any employees who work here I'm sorry if anyone has ever felt uncomfortable from that probably no one even noticed but I feel bad so just know I'm complaining about myself not any of you.

Be sure to have exact change when they do delivery. The state fee changed from 3$ to 1.50$ so they round up without even telling you. I had exact change for my order of 241.50$ and the delivery woman acted sad that I didn’t give her 242$. She said they don’t do change, so I told her I had the exact amount and she didn’t seem to happy about it. They should tell people to have exact change, not expect people to over pay on their medicine.

When you have no competition at all it would be easy to just not try but that isn't the case here. I am very impressed with the staff first and foremost! They are a great crew. As far as selection goes they do their absolute best with the constraints Utah has placed on them, so blame Utah!They are dog friendly and amazing to your furry friends. If you're dog is leash trained and a good canine citizen, bring them! You'll be surprised!

IMHO. This place is the worst so-called dispensary in all of Utah. They can't seem to accomplish what every other dispensary does. Seems as if a 5 yo' is running this place or just a really stupid idiot. Why have an app that never works correctly. Why have pickup if it takes upwards of an hour just to pickup. Why have online ordering when you just shut it off and lie to everyone about being out of time slots. No other dispensary in Utah has the same issues consistently like this place does pretty much daily. Whoever is in charge is stupid and should take any advice they can because they clearly don't know what they are doing. Owner is clearly at fault for allowing this stupidness to continue for so long.

This is the best dispensary around! Great store, great discounts, great employees, can't recommend it enough! Even if it is your first time using thc products they will take care of you and make sure you know everything you need to know.

Good products however way too busy and understaffed.. I don't know if this is a Utah law and can only have one dispensary in the county.But they need to do something.I'm cutting them a break and going back.One more time because I got an online order At a decent time today. So I'm raising it up to 2. stars. One for the product and 1 for your staff.. However, you should look into higher percentage. T. H, C, which is carried in many other states up to 40%... California has the best options and prices .. I would take a page from their book but i'm coming today to pick up some sativa be there at 6
