“A few days ago I had my Toyota Corolla pick-up repaired and serviced by Jones Complete Auto Care on Redwood Rd. It needed a new radiator and new shocks on the back. They took care of those and gave it a tune-up as well. I don't think my truck drove this well
when it was brand new. Really remarkable. I highly recommend them.”
“So I had an unexpected damage tire from a piece of shrapnel while parking at a job site in the Layton area. I had very little to no time once off work to figure out how to make it to the Layton Big O tires before they closed and I literally made it there with 10 minutes before closing time. I communicated with the shift manager Taylor throughout the day. He was very accommodating and understanding threw the whole ordeal and a big huge shout out to Jace and Ruben and Taylor as all three of them teamed up to help get my tires replaced as fast as possible even though it was past their closing time. Truly, Lifesavers.. and not only that, just for extra fun, my starter started acting up leaving Big O tires so I was again In a position of being stranded.. Then Jace and Ruben came out to my truck while they were leaving to go home and stayed even longer to help me fix the starter issue. And thankfully it was fixed.
I couldn't be more grateful for those guys. They were very courteous, understanding and extremely helpful in my time of need. Many many thanks to them!! Y'all rock!!”

We were able to get in quickly, they ran diagnostic tests sourcing on the issue and gave a reasonable quote for the work and parts needed, we agreed and they began the work. They were very busy and we were lucky to get our vehicle in and back so quickly. After everything was done, they sent a text, we drove down, paid and we were happy with the speed of their service and the services provided. We'll keep Paul's automotive in mind for future needs. “THE BEST PLACE YOU CAN GO IN LAYTON! Last Thursday 8/15 we got a flat tire in a rental car on our way to Bear Lake. We pulled into Trav’s about 5:55pm and were out of there at 6:23pm with a spare tire securely on! It’s so overwhelming getting a flat tire in the first place, not to mention while traveling with 3 small children AND in a rental. But the two young gentlemen working that evening were spectacular. They found the spare tire and jacked up without us having to unbuckle carseats. I wish we got their names, but they went above and beyond for us after hours out of the goodness of their hearts. I feel positive that if I sent any one of my friends or family to Trav’s they would receive the same care.”

“This is not your generic review, so I keep is short as possible. Went in for an oil change, and was done relatively quick with great service. Bonus they send you a detail report if there is anything wrong with your vehicle. Went to pick up my truck, upon leaving a notice my skid plate was loose went to check bolts were missing. Went back and talk to the staff, they explained that it broke due to rust during the inspection. They offered to extract the bolt and replace it, fast forward to now honestly impressed with their communication and integrity. Though this review was not short, I shows that this team go above and beyond for their customer. Stop on by if you want a amazing experience.”
“Excellent service all around, came in and got an oil change right before I'd be leaving town for the weekend but had found my splash cover over my oil filter had fallen off at some point and taken the mounting hardware with it. I found a spare cover plate I had and came back the next day, they took care of me and got the spare attached no charge. Top notch, thank you for the peace of mind!”
