“Gentry and his team at Jones Complete Car Care performed an outstanding job taking care of various tasks on my Grandsons 2012 Suzuki.
They replaced the Wipers, Performed an Oil Change, Repaired a serious problem with Low Beam Headlights, Replaced Fan Belts as Rrquired. Basically they inspected the car thoroughly and addressed any and all problems that they encountered.
Then Joel at the front desk found 4 each reasonably priced tires for my Grandson's Suzuki and threw in a free Front End as part of a package deal.

We needed the van later that day, and Paul's said they would do their best to get it back before we needed it. About an hour later they called back and said our A/C was fine and it just needed the filter replaced. Very honest company.”

“I called this location because my car had broke down near the Ogden shop and Triple A was going to tow me to there shop. The lady at the front desk was polite and sympathetic with my position. I was at the shop within the hour and the technician did the initial inspection and she was able to explain what needed to be done and what they recommend be done. She sent me pictures quickly and I approved the service. Within a couple hours they had my car done and I was back on the road. My experience was excellent and pricing was fair. This location isn't close to me but if I ever need service in Ogden again I will be back. Thank you for the excellent customer service and professional service.”

“I've been taking my vehicles to Les Schwab tires for about 30 years!I've taken my service to the South Ogden store a couple of times now. I'm always greeted at my car just as soon as I arrive-this is very reassuring to me. We recently bought a used car for our teenage daughter and knew it needed tires and brakes, so instead of the manufacturers service department we chose Les Schwab knowing the service and warranty would be superior. With no appointment, they inspected the brakes and tires, reviewed my options, order some parts and completed both front and rear brakes and 4 new tires by the end of the business day. Every detail was considered. I appreciated the men and woman who worked as a team; greeting scheduling, explaining, managing, driving me and servicing our new car in the same day! I especially appreciate the shop man who took the time to physically bring one tire to me which provided visual evidence of the wear on the tire. He was not rushed, but was gentle and careful to explain the importance of new calipers and the tire options when I asked. He also considered my finances and offered a line of credit for our bill of sale. Even though we didn't need it, I appreciated the consideration. Instead of waiting the entire day in the shop for all the work to be completed, the manager provided a ride home in no time. On the way home, the kid driving me explain how grateful he was to be working at Les Schwab. When we couldn't pick up the car by closing, they managed to accept payment over the phone, and agreed to leave our car for pickup at a convenient time that evening. We just want to commend this store - it's team efforts are hard to beat! I want them all to know that their service matters. It's why we keep coming back and choosing Les Schwab!”
