I went into the branch today with several banking issues and problems. I was assisted by Terry Ouchi. She was so friendly and helpful. She really elevated my opinion of Zion’s bank today.

The absolute worst bank!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The teller was so snobby. I Thank God I don’t have an account here because it would definitely be closed a long time ago.

Justin, at Zions in South Ogden has just help me with something that was so worrisome. He was so patient and so wonderful and so helpful and it was a pleasure even getting to talk to him. Thank you very much just and you are absolutely awesome.

This Zion's Bank is really awesome. Their customer service is above and beyond what I am used to. Special shout out to David who was amazing to work with and so quick to help us out with something we needed. When I needed to go into the bank to sign some paperwork, they made all 3 of my kids happy and comfortable while we were there as well, which was so appreciated! I highly recommend this branch!

Have been using Zion's Bank on Harrison Blvd. in Ogden for a few years now. Go in about twice a month and they are awesome! Always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

This is the best Zions location I've ever visited. Jason sets the example other branches should follow. CharRee, Kayleen, and Jake are all amazing as well. I go out of my way to have the experiance i receive from this location.

Apparently I had a negative balance in my checking account of $1.25. I was planning on closing the account and had transferred all of my funds to another bank. After a summer internship in Spain I went in to close the account. They informed me that my account had already been closed due to an up charge. A service fee hit my account and put me under a dollar twenty five. In three months I didn't receive a single email, phone call or letter about my negative balance. But they did send me to collections. I am very disappointed with Zions Bank.
