(Translated by Google) I do not recommend it, there is no security, I rent a place to store my camper and they broke the Yale on the door, they entered and stole the power generator and the administration did not respond for it, nor did they show me the cameras to see who stole it, they It supposes what rents for security but there is not, I do not recommend this place, because they steal easily.(Original)No lo recomiendo,no hay seguridad, rente un lugar para guardar mi camper y rompieron el Yale de la puerta entraron y me robaron el generador de corriente y la administración no respondió por ello,ni me mostraron las cámaras para ver quién lo robo ,se supone qué rentas por seguridad pero no la hay,no recomiendo este lugar, porque roban con facilidad.

The staff are experienced and friendly the place is kept extremely clean. I wouldn't store my personal belongings anywhere else. They have all different sizes of storage compartments at very competitive prices. I have Stored my stuff there for over 5 years and I have no complaints whatsoever

I love the atmosphere and the people there. The manager is awesome who works there! His name is Lance. Great guy and great friend of ours...The only thing I would change (if I could) would be the price of our unit we pay per month. Other than that,5 BIG STARS!

The proprietor or manager who met me seemed dishonest almost from the first moment. When I asked direct questions about the veterans discount that this website listed, he was non-committal and brushed past the issue several times. He is obviously an experienced, high pressure salesman - in all the worst ways. This facility is WAY out of the way. The nearest cross streets should have been 4th West and 3300 S., but they have no access from 33rd whatsoever. We wound up having to drive nearly 3 miles from that cross-street to get to the actual facility. The gate was completely removed - apparently someone had rammed it with a vehicle and it was not yet repaired. When I asked to see the space before signing the agreement, he acted like I was being difficult and that he might not want to accept me as a customer. When we went out to the unit, it was apparently occupied, so he showed me a different unit. The interior walls are plywood and I could see outside light through the back corner near the roofline. I decided that despite the lousy neighborhood, inconvenient access, and weird vibes I was getting from this man, I was willing to accept the space. Back in the office, he had me enter my full name on an electronic tablet and sign with my finger. This was the required insurance policy (which costs double what I wound up paying for the same coverage at a better facility later today.) Next, he pulled up the contract - in extremely small print on the same 9 inch tablet and scrolled down to the middle while saying to me that it just says that I agree not to live in the space or use it as a shop. He showed me the section that discussed payment amounts and monetary terms of the lease - and when I asked him about the veterans discount he said that he hadn't gotten to that yet. He said he was going to honor the discount, but he wanted me to sign the contract without showing the discount on the contract! I asked if he could print out the contract for me to read it - he refused. This was not a simple contract - it was several pages of small print. He said that nobody used paper anymore, and he had no way to print out the contract. There is a large printer/scanner that he used to scan a copy of my drivers license, but he would not print out the contract. Utah Administrative Rule 152-11-9 calls it a deceptive practice (and therefore forbidden) for a company to (7) Sell, lease, or rent consumer goods or services with a purchase price of $25 or more and fail to furnish the buyer with a fully completed receipt or copy of any contract pertaining to such sale at the time of its execution which is in the same language (e.g. Spanish) as that principally used in the oral sales presentation and which shows the date of the transaction and the name and address of the seller. Because I insisted that I be permitted to read the contract, he said he did not want to do business with me. I drove my vehicle to the gate and went back into the office to ask for something in writing to show that we had no contract (remember I had finger signed a contract for insurance). He refused to provide this. I suggested that he could just email me from the company's email account to verify that we had decided not to do business and that there was no contract for insurance or anything else between us. He refused and yelled at me to leave his office. I left, and pulled to the side of the road so I could call the police. Finally, after the police spoke with him, the business sent me an email stating that we had no contract and had done no business today. ADVICE: Ask to see the available storage unit first, then insist on reading the contract before you commit or sign anything. Maybe A-1 Access Storage is not a crook, but the guy behind the desk seemed like a crook to me and made me very uncomfortable. This company may routinely be violating Utah Administrative Rules regarding consumer sales Rule 152-11-9 subparagraph (7) as cited above.

We went in on Saturday to rent a unit choosing a 12 x 20 size. Lisa showed us several different sizes and was so pleasant and helpful as we walked around the facility. We signed all the paperwork and verified our code worked to open the gate both coming in and leaving. All was well. Then on Tuesday our movers told us we had too much stuff for that size unit. I called and spoke to Jody, the on site manager. I told her my problem and asked if we could change to a bigger unit. She was so accommodating. She got us a bigger unit 12x30, had it unlocked and gave me directions directly to it. When we rolled up we pulled right to it and the movers got to work without delay. While they unloaded the truck, my husband walked to the office and filled out new paperwork she had prepared and then Jody walked the receipt to us to be certain we didn't need anything else. Our big unit is clean and the facility appears to be very secure with 24hour on site personnel. We are very happy with our experience and would recommend this facility.

I would give ZERO if I could. The worst. Complaints: 1. Broken front access gate kept me locked me inside the facility with car my for 2 hours. 2. Mice droppings all over everything. They found there way into expensive furniture which was fully wrapped in shrink wrap. Urine and feces galore. 3. There is apparently a cement factory right behind the storage facility there was always a layer of gritty cement dust on everything. Talk about something to disclose. If the units were sealed it might not be an issue. It had some wood furniture that was not wrapped that was essentially ruined from the cement dust. 4. There were people living in campers inside the facility. 5. Several units near me had people working on cars - doing fabrication and oil changes and various stuff. That also includes people ripping up and down the property on dirt bikes they are working on.... 6. I made no less that 10 calls to the owner / manager to get resolution. NEVER got any calls back. The woman at the front desk was polite with ZERO results. What a F''' joke of a business. Lawsuit worthy.
