Clean store but I think the staff should speak English.I think it is poor customer service to carry on personal conversations, in Spanish, when customers are waiting. This was the 3rd time it happened. The 2nd time I was given the wrong part and had to return it only to find out I had to pay an additional $30.00.Pay attention to customers and speak English. There are those that can understand Spanish and customers should come first.

They Didn't want to give us an exchange of THEIR faulty part, argued it was used. We had to install it to find it was faulty, sorry it was greasy. Then the guy didn't leave the seals in the box, told us when we called that we'd have to call the next day and speak to a manager. Nah. We just won't go back to a dumpster fire where we're treated like the trash.

I don't know why, but usually when you buy pieces that have a lifetime warranty, they break down quickly. The service is good.

I will never go to an autozone again and this autozone is the reason why. Literally the worst managers who refuse to help you when it was their fault and calling the district or regional manager has been a joke. Several days with several calls and no help.Seriously don't bother go anywhere else.

This is single handedly the worst AutoZone ever put on this planet, I used to work at an AutoZone and these people have genuinely no idea how to do their jobs, and they're extremely rude. If I were you, I would choose literally any other AutoZone on the planet, I've never met a group more incompetent than these people.
