“I came to pick up a bag of chicken bones I reserved on To Good To Go. I had looked at the reviews and pricing on their website and wanted to purchase some meat for our deep freezer. I walked in and was ignored by a girl sweeping the floors. Then a man came out the back and I asked him for my chicken bones order first. The man seemed very annoyed to be helping me but I asked for the pricing sheet to try and point out what I wanted. He gave me a paper and turned around to leave. Just left and didn’t and won’t ever buy anything else. I drove all the way from Daybreak for poor customer service.

I was trying to source pork back fat to make some Elk Sausage, and Wasatch meats directed me to Snider. Jacob from Snider looked into ordering it and found exactly what i was looking for. Picking up the product was my first time in the shop, their selection was amazing and the pricing was very fair. I will be back whenever i have a good excuse.”

I get the tri-tip and it’s the best I’ve ever had. With the tri-tip, I cut it into small chunks and then fry them on a skillet with butter. For some reason the smaller bite sized pieces make the meat chew so much easier and it’s more flavorful too.

Ask for the staff to season it for you and you won’t even have to worry about salting it or seasoning the meat because their house seasoning is plenty! Which that saves a TON of money in the long term.
