I have been to this location twice. BOTH times they refused to give me my food.Today I ordered their sourdough famous star, but upon arriving was told they were out of sourdough, and to pull forward. At the window he told me that my order was not placed and he wouldn’t give me my food. I proceeded to show him the order confirmation (not the CC charge, rhe Carls Jr. Order confirmation.) he refused to look at it and asked me to leave. Through this, it was very clear he had POORtraining on their app, as I witnessed with the same guy 2x. Employee does not understand the app and will not provide the food that you paid for and are showing confirmation of. This Carls is terrible.

Went through the drive thru didn't talk to a live person so the order got pretty messed up. Hate that they have an AI taking the order. Didn't realize things were not correct till got home. Very unhappy with the service.

Lose the bot voice that attempts to ask me what I want to order. Nobody is listening and I have to order it all again once a human interacts. Pointless

Went through the morning of Valentine’s Day, happened to be the lucky winner of free food for a year!!! We have been going to this location for several years, the employees are always nice and professional.

I came in & placed two orders for the guy to tell me my first order was cancelled, which was fine but I was seeing the charge on my side as well as not knowing how to cancel the order after asking how to cancel it multiple times so I can pay for my food AGAIN to actually receive it this time, he gave me my first order and I went back to my car to try and resolve the online order issue but was struggling so I went back and asked how after i already waited 15 minutes and spent a pointless 5 minutes arguing with the manager cause all could say is I can’t help you have to cancel it.. which I had a coupon so I wasn’t able to use that coupon again and left with a dry, cold burger. Very disappointing when you think you’re gonna spend some money on food when I try not to go out much since I’m financially struggling. This was the worst experience ever I will never be coming back, he made me cry and have an anxiety attack from just trying to figure out how to get my order to go through again, I even called and was ignored and hung up multiple times by the store. I then called the store manager and she said there was nothing we could do. They have terrible service not to be rude but the Mexican manager was just repeating the same thing and not actually helping, I waited 20 mins for 1 burger, very very disappointing

So, the person taking our order didn't even get my whole order. He barely spoke up enough to hear him. I had to go back and reorder the rest, to which he was sitting on his phone while I waited, when he noticed me he put his phone down and took the order. But it just seems like this place has zero order or management.

I have the unpleasant experience of visiting your restaurant this morning. It wasn’t totally unpleasant. However, the food quality can use some improvement. The burgers were overcooked, or they were held on the grill for too long, making them rubbery and hard on the edges if you could work on that, I think you would be more successful. I understand you’re a large franchise, but food quality is what drives up your sales keeping in mind sales cures all ales on the other hand. The service was great I went through the drive-in. , I think you would be more successful. The food is so good. Always fresh, hot and delicious. The manager is very nice and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

Ordered three meals. Got home and was missing a sandwich and two orders of fries. I called to get it replaced. Drove out there and they gave me a sandwich but they forgot the fries for a second time. Wouldn’t be a huge deal if it didn’t cost me $45 to not get what I ordered. I’m super bummed
