great selection of veg stuff and overall I love it. reduced rating since produce is totally wrapped in unnecessary plastic causing waste and making it impossible to chose the desired quantity and exact product needed. this part is a shame and not at all eco.

This is best Asian grocery store in the Salt Lake City area. It has a wide variety of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Southeast Asian foods and spices as well as some other regional and local specialties.The fresh fruits and vegetables rotate through quickly and are kept at the proper humidity and temperature. The meats and seafood include many different cuts and types, both fresh and frozen.The packaged goods are abundant and can be overwhelming if you are not accustomed to the crowded shelves and brands from other parts of the world. For those who enjoy trying new flavours, it can be a lot of fun to explore the different foods and variations.Compared to some Asian grocery stores in other major US cities, this one is a little smaller, but it still covers a lot and is one of the best in the SLC area.

I really like the store. All of their food and drinks were all nicely put on shelves. Everything was really organized. The prices were reasonable. I actually like the fact that the place didn't smell like seafood. They have fish on Ice, they have crab, and they have lobster. It still did not have a seafood smile. This place was amazingly clean as well.

Went to find different fruits, and it was there; all sorts of fruit you won't find at a supermarket. The language barrier wasn't too bad. If you take the time, you'll get it across what you want, and they will find it for you.

Lovely Asian Market to meet all your Asian food needs! Great ambiance and newly improved as they recently added a second entrance and another much larger parking lot to accommodate more guests. There are also fun little food shops on your way to the Supermarket for a taste of Asian cuisine.I come here as often as I can when I'm craving Asian foods and snacks. Also, prices are very reasonable.

This china market offers a diverse range of items, spanning from fresh meats and seafood to an array of vibrant Asian produce, all reasonably priced. However, it's worth noting that occasional attention to product quality is advised. A recent instance involved molded cakes and breads displayed within the fresh bakery section. Similarly, some snacks like Mochi have been observed to exhibit signs of molding at times. Prompt removal of items like these from the shelf is imperative. These instances may inadvertently convey an impression that the store owner places more emphasis on making profits than customer’s well-being.

Out of all the Chinese supermarkets in Utah, this is my favorite. It's large, clean, and has a wide selection of fresh Asian produce, seafood, packaged food, snacks, noodles, teas, fresh pastries, and hot food. It also has Hello Kitty cup ramen that I have been searching for everywhere! This Chinatown Supermarket really has everything you need. Within the same plaza as this market, there are many great restaurants, boba tea, and shops.

I love Chinatown Supermarket! They have a variety of options for many items. 99% of the ingredients needed for Asian dishes can be found here. Lots of my Asian friends often come here. Some things (e.g. vegetables and meat) are cheaper than other Asian markets. I also like looking at the clearance section to see if there's any good stuff. The only wish I have is that they would do samples haha!
