To keep it short: the car ended up needing a major repair after only a few months and they charged us $700 for a repair that didn't work (it lasted 5 minutes while they drove it, we hadn't even seen or picked it up yet). Who puts that on the customer? Overall the most frustrating and worst experience we've ever had with any business. It was clear to me they don't stand behind their vehicles and certainly not behind their customers.

Choice auto group has been very good to us. I typically dont ise dealers to purchase my cars but beacuse they are a small business and had the car I wanted i figured i could give it a shot.
I got there early on a saturday, Jesus met us outside right away! I got the car before it was even put up on their website so it did need some reconditioning, Because of this I did have to make a few trips back to the dealer to get it taken care of. They put in writing what they would fix at the time of sale and even offered to fix some other things I found out about the car later that really impressed me. Overall I feel like I got an exceptional deal on the car I bought. Alex was super easy to deal with and were very upfront about their fee which was only $495.00. I will be going and working with Alex in the future.

I just bought a Kia from choice auto group! The sales members were very friendly, but what stood out to me was their willingness to accommodate my needs. I feel like I got a great car for a fair price & would highly recommend considering them if you’re looking for a quality car. Mateo was the main person helping me, and I had no complaints! Overall, it was a very positive experience & very happy with my purchase!

I already knew which vehicle I was going to buy, they made the process quick and easy. They even replaced the water pump prior to my purchase as it needed replacing. Owner and staff are all super friendly and talkative. I got a great value on the car I purchased, I am very pleased.

Don’t ever buy from this dealership , they buy cars with many problems, and fixed it for temporary, and write on there contract selling as is , and once you bought the car the problem start each after each .
