This company has Absolutely Terrible Customer service and I would say that that they have horrible communication but they don’t communicate. We have an open 9000 dollar order from August 2021. They have been paid and we still haven’t heard anything since they received the money. Do not buy from this company they won’t be running much longer. This was a government purchase and we are now going to take legal action.

Ordered a product on 5/13/2022 and emailed them 10 days later. No response as of 6/20/2022. The pending credit charge dropped off on its own. I assume this business is now defunct? Take your business elsewhere.

Made a purchase on 3/15/2022 for something that was claimed to be in stock from their website. Got my confirmation email, but they never updated the tracking info. 3/25/2022 I emailed them about my order. Never received a response. My money was refunded after a few days, but I was refunded after a few days, but when I click the link for my order it still says pending. It's been 2 months and I have no idea what's going on. I don't know if it's been canceled or if I'm going to get a charge 2 years from now when they finally send it out and I've already ordered it from somewhere else.

It is impossible to get a hold of them. They don't respond to emails (now going on over 13 days since I first and subsequently email them) and they don't have a voicemail system setup. Get your gear elsewhere.

Went to the shop because it said they were open for in store shopping all doors were locked so I drove around back and talked to a guy who was wearing a \\\"dont skip leg day shirt\\\" he seemed extremely mad I wanted to shop at his store. I told him we drove about 35 mins to get there and he said \\\"eh not that long\\\" then looked at his friend and said \\\"this guy wants to look around\\\". Luckily this guy was helpful and explained they were moving stores. So all in all some guy got annoyed for me wanting to buy from him and I didn't get to see anything. 1 star for the second guy who was helpful.

Looking for a certain size. I emailed customer service and received a quick response. There were able to get me the size I was looking for at the sales price they had advertised. Quick response and fast shipping. I real appreciated the personal response from an online retailer.

I ordered a Arc'teryx jacket in size large/color croc. Deliberate Dynamics erroneously sent size small/color wolf. To make up for their mistake and to compensate me for my inconvenience in having to ship the wrong jacket back, Deliberate Dynamics gave me a fair discount on the jacket I purchased. These are stand up guys.
