“This Family Dollar always has everything one might need, all in one place. I run in and get bathroom tissue, sometimes some shampoo or bath soap. They have bathroom accessories(shower curtains and bath mats, etc) as well as inexpensive comforters and so forth. I love a few of the items that they carry. I hope that they are always at this location....because they are very accessible for me and my family. This store is great to run in and get cereal, some canned goods, they also have a frozen foods section. Either way...I love that the store is just the right size for someone with arthritis that can be problematic at times...it has good prices that are competitively priced with surrounding stores, and the employees are always nice. All in all-- great little location....never overwhelmed or too busy. It is a little gem in the middle of the city.”

“The store was very well clean , all items where easy to find the manganer Felisha was very helpful there was a few items I couldn't find she was sooo very kind she stop doing what she was doing and helped me find what I need and more . She had a very nice bubble and out going sense of humor , More then happy to help me and this is the only dollar tree I go to if Felisha isn't work I won't go! You guys need more people like Felicia! “First time at the West Jordan location, normally I go to either Sandy or Draper location. This location was much less crowded and prices clearly marked. There is less variety here, but they had what I needed. No complaints”

“SUPER CLEAN! This store is well kept! Props to who ever runs and helps out here. It’s not only clean but very organized. The staff was friendly and this place is well stocked! It’s in a hidden little plaza and I like that! Didn’t even know this dollar store was here at all and I frequently pass by it. All in all great dollar store and I will be coming back again soon!”

“Better selection than it used to have, but the customer service is piss poor.It would be nice if they had self-checkout, because it would be ore responsive than a cashier who's looking at their phone and barely acknowledges you.I find it unprofessional that the cashier is always on their phone, and has to finish up their text message or whatever they are doing before they can start checking you out..”

“The employees are really nice and make sure you leave happy! I'll rephrase that!- there's one older lady that's grumpy but all of the guy employees are super friendly, super helpful and are just fantastic! I always enjoy going to family dollar! And I end up leaving with more than I came for!! They have a lot of terrific stuff! I really love how they have great deals on their clothes too! Sometimes you can buy one and get another free! Plus their clothes are already inexpensive and great quality so you can always find some terrific stuff. They have men's, women's, children's and baby clothes. They also have towels and kitchen/bathroom items, blankets, baskets, toys, haircare products, makeup and just a bit of everything! They also have groceries and drinks, snacks and candy. I'm always finding something new! They always have amazing deals and sales.”

“Very rarely do I experience good customer service any place I go anymore. But this family Dollar . Stephanie I interacted with the most! She was my cashier & helped me get a couple things I was looking for quick! Ivy was also behind the counter working & the two of them were so nice to me and so kind when I strolled in there at 10min. to 10:00 p.m. they're getting ready to close. They didn't seem to care at all they were so nice to me, they made me laugh, they were just wonderful after probably both working all day . They still greeted me with a smile and it made my day! so I feel like they deserve some recognition on how good they made me feel and how friendly and nice and sweet and funny they were the entire time I was there. It doesn't get any better than that! I really just needed a friendly face today!!! I will go out of my way just to go to that family Dollar just in case they're working so I can experience it again thanks girls It meant a lot to me today to see friendly faces.”

“Staff at this location for the past few years have the store mostly always stocked more organized, looks better now and neat than in recent years in part to the manager in place now who has done a better job she always acts & looks professional and has been helpful with a good sense of humor as has all the staff. I have been going there for years and I always find what I need and never had a problem with any one there.”
“It's a small store but it's well stocked with miscellaneous items, $1.25 pretty much across the board and they have some rare haribo gummies My particular favorite is the sour soda bottle gummies.”
“Went in tonight & don't know what the other lady, Hannah Lopez was talking about on her review, because the manager, Kamun, was so helpful . . He jumped right on his register as soon as the line started to get long & was very professional & polite! He really helped me with everything I needed & was a complete professional! I think it's wonderful he's the manager there & had no issues with him at all! He was kind, helpful, curtious & even helped me out to my car with my purchase! I give the manager Kamun 5 stars! He was absolutely wonderful & I will continue to shop at this location because of the great customer service I received from the manager, Kamun!”
“Like always that I'm going to one of this kind of stores, dollar one I mean, I come for just a couple things and I leave with 40. I believe it happened to most people. I would've given it a five starts but just one small BIG detail. I really don't know what is going on, if there are no employees enough or is slowly selling the merchandise they already have to close the store at the end. STOCKING is the problem, you can see tons of shelves empty and I've seen this for a few weeks now. Some are filled with whatever. I hope they don't close this store, it is a source of little bit fancy good looking things and others cheap for the community, specially the ones like myself with low income.”

“Almost the same products as Dollar tree but higher prices. Both are owned by the same parent company, and Family Dollar does have more and better products. The reason I go here is to load my AMX prepaid card because they don't charge a fee to do so. Walmart where I got the card years ago now charges you $4.95 to load a card now.”
