Sam I think her name is isn't good. I talk to her over the phone told her all the information that I had with me and she said that she couldn't verify if my work covered it under insurance until I got there. I told her I was just in town and hadn't been in a while and when I got there, she started asking me for paystub's and needed to prove that guy lived at the old house that I haven't been out in six months and needed me to bring in Utility bills with my name on them. I'm a 1099 and my Mrs. deals with the bills..... guess I can't get Enterprise. Thanks for making me waste my time getting an Uber all the way to the location.

Worst customer service ever!!!All of the employees seem to be so called “managers” so you cannot speak to someone who will take responsibility for the wrong information you received. Even if you provide them with the name of the person who has given you the incorrect information they just dismiss it and blow it off by telling you it is because the employee you spoke with is new. Therefore, don’t be surprised if you do not get any help or resolution to the issue at hand. The lack of customer service was very dissatisfying and poorly executed. This could have been easily handled had the “manager” just called the insurance company to get what was needed. I would recommend staying away from this place unless you don’t mind wasting your time.

I was struggling to find an available car and location for a couple of days until I spoke with Connor. He was awesome at customer service, working with me and locating an available vehicle. He went above and beyond. He totally changed my mood after being frustrated with the run around. Thanks Connor!

The lady at the store was extremely rude because there was a small chip in my ID. I’ve rented here multiple times with it just like that without a problem. She was clearly having a bad day and took it out on me. It’s upsetting because I rent here almost monthly

Good place and somewhat cheap. But they don't work with you on any damages and overcharge. I'm a mechanic myself and they're charging me $2300 for a scratch. Will me sueing

Becka and Connor. 5 star, grade a service. Needed a long term rental after a gnarly cow strike car accident. I had to extend said rental several times due to my VW needing a fair bit of work and additional tweaks to get it driving good again.Seamlessly extended and figured out a confusing (to me) billing situation on my credit cards.Personally, I’m more of a Turo app guy when It comes to getting in a rental. But there’s one thing Turo can’t do well at all, and that’s long term rentals. They simply cannot compete with enterprise in that regard.If I’m ever in the need for a long term rental again, I’ll for sure book from this location!Thanks y’all

Out of my whole experience with getting my car fixed and working through the insurance, enterprise was by far the smoothest and easiest part. My insurance contacted them and they called me within a few hours with a car ready for me. The car was spotless and nice. The people working at enterprise were the best. Both guys that helped me were so kind and told me everything I needed to know. Since my insurance worked directly with enterprise I didn't have to worry about being the middleman! Thanks again, would recommend!

Got a rental because of insurance claim. Everyone at this company declined to mention that we would need to bring physical identification and a card so they can charge a deposit. Apparently a paper ID isnt good enough so had to sit at DMV until well after this location closed and change our reservation to an entirely different day and location. After having already spent the better part of a week without a working vehicle. Next time tell people ahead of time please.

We had a reservation to pick up a car and when we arrived they didn't have a car for us. They asked if they could take us to another location and give us a car without enough seat belts for our family, then we could come back tomorrow to get the right car.Not very professional, reservations are made to save the trouble. Part of making a reservation is holding the reservation.We got to the second location, and they ended up having a car that fit our needs, but for some reason, nobody knew until we got there.It was an overall frustrating experience and not the first one I've had with Enterprise.The employees were nice even after being yelled at by the guy in front of me who sounded like he was in the same situation.

At this location they go above and beyond in providing a fast, friendly experience with everything explained up front. We had a small issue with our rental and it was promptly addressed. Would rent from this location again.

Friendly staff, very clean car, decent rate. Let me return it empty as they did not have the class of car I reserved. I was in and out pretty quickly.

So grateful to this Enterprise! Had a crazy travel day and was thankful for the nice car they had to offer. Was very clean and everything I needed for the drive home. Super grateful for Connor E as he was very kind and patient with me, even though I showed up like a madwoman 8 min till close due to flight delays. Grateful for the good experience, thanks y’all!
