Jacob Jameson was so helpful and he even called me back when I didn't get back to him the next day. He solved all of my printer issues and was helpful with getting me set up with anything that might come up in the future with our new office printers. Great customer service!We had an issue with some of our supplies and Dex's representative, Christy Jameson, was very helpful. She followed through with our request and kept us in the loop every step of the day. Having to work with public myself, I place a great value on customer service. Thank you!

Had to write a review to say how great Jacob Jameson has been to work with. I was so surprised when, unsolicited, he got back in touch to make sure he got us set up with everything we need.
