Thanks for having Jacob Jameson on your “HELP” staff! He’s wonderful! Got me up and running when my C230 wouldn’t print because it was confused…or maybe it was me that was confused but Jacob patiently walked me thru all the steps to get online and going again. He’s not only so smart he’s personally a delight to work with!!! Thanks so much for Jacob!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We've had nothing but problems. They have not communicated with us well, took over two weeks to get the bugs ironed out of our system, we keep getting calls from other Xerox people claiming they should come and get our old machine, we received bills with many extra charges that we are still disputing, they did not give us the Xerox tech support we should have, did not submit our information to Xerox for MONTHS so we we were not even registered in their system, they have one technician who knows anything at all and you have to bug him repeatedly to get attention.... I wish someone had warned me. The worst experience I've had.

Jacob Jameson was so helpful and he even called me back when I didn't get back to him the next day. He solved all of my printer issues and was helpful with getting me set up with anything that might come up in the future with our new office printers. I would highly recommend and he will be my go to guy in the future!

Great customer service!We had an issue with some of our supplies and Dex's representative, Christy Jameson, was very helpful. She followed through with our request and kept us in the loop every step of the day. Having to work with public myself, I place a great value on customer service. Thank you!

Christy Jameson is awesome. I have worked with her for a number of years and she is always quick to answer and work on my problems and concerns. She never gives up on finding the answers and providing service for me in the friendliest and awesome way. She handles things quickly and professionally. Jacob Jameson is absolutely the best IT support! Over the past couple of years he has helped our office a number of times with some difficult Mac/Xerox connection problems. He is the only person I like to work with because I know he knows what he is doing. If he ever left the company, I would probably have to follow! Jacob is polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He is also very patient when I have questions. As stated above---the absolute best!

Had to write a review to say how great Jacob Jameson has been to work with. I was so surprised when, unsolicited, he got back in touch to make sure he got us set up with everything we need. That has NEVER happened before. Then he helped teach me ways to trouble shoot in the future if/when things go wrong. What a pro!Thanks Jacob!

Jacob Jameson was very helpful and informative. He taught me how to do certain tasks with the printer and he resolved the issue I was having fairly quick. Jacob is great at customer service, very engaging. I would recommend Jacob to anyone who asked me.Thank you for all your help Jacob and everything that you do.

Jacob Jameson was super helpful, professional, friendly, and fast. He fixed the settings on our scanner remotely after Gmail changed the security settings. He used a nifty secure app. I would use Jacob again and would highly recommend Imaging Concepts.

Jacob Jameson was incredibly helpful in our efforts to correcting an issue we were facing with our copier/printer. He was very attentive in his communication and follow through. When trying to correct the issue, we ran into an unexpected hiccup in the process (due to some previous steps we had taken), he went above and beyond to ensure the issue was fixed quickly and efficiently, as well as helping myself understand how to correct the problem moving forward. I greatly appreciate his time and efforts and can gladly say that our scanning issue is no more.

Jacob Jameson was top notch . He responded promptly to my issue with my printer , and fixed the problem within 4 minutes of logging on and finding it . I highly recommend him , he has been nothing but helpful with any of my printer issues .

I had the amazing opportunity to work with Jacob Jamison to setup my Xerox Center at my new office location. Jacob is knowledgeable, kind and informative. He allowed me to work through my list of questions and instructions from my IT guy and put his instructions in terms that I could understand. Jacob guided me through the setup of one of my office workstations and was patient while I set up the remaining work stations. Jacob also answers basic questions about file format, uploading and compression. It was one of the best IT experiences I've had in a while. Imaging Concepts is fortunate to have Jacob on their IT setup team of professionals! Thank you Jacob for your guidance, knowledge and shared information. It's an honor to have you as part of my Alpine Title team!!!!
