Worst experience I’ve ever had. They wouldn’t allow me to check in when I showed up. They said there wasn’t an option to check-in on weekends?? What kind of hotel doesn’t allow customers to check-in on a weekend and have to wait until Monday? On top of that they stole my money and the manager was extremely rude. I ended up staying at a much better hotel that was cheaper to boot. Do not stay here.

My family and myself have lived here for about 2 years. Lauri was here at that time, and she was amazing. Nina is here now and she's wonderful just like the last manager was.
I'm writing a second review because I witnessed Nina getting yelled at by a guy today that was upset about needing a note from his Doctor for his service animal.
He asked me if my dog was one, and he is, I too had to bring in a Doctors note.
Nina treats everyone with respect (she did to this guy even though he was yelling at her) she also follows the rules and holds everyone to those rules. Nobody gets special treatment and nobody is entitled to it either.
So just a heads up, Nina is awesome, she'll take care of you, and welcome you into the hotel. But she will also follow protocol and the rules (as a manager should) which makes me feel secure living here.

Nina is an exceptional manager! She is an amazing personable and friendly person. She goes above and beyond anything asked of her! The rooms are clean, The staff is friendly, and the environment feels safe. I would absolutely stay here again thank you so much.!

This place has exceptional service, the manager of the location Nina is nothing if not helpful she helped resolve every issue I had with a smile on her face and a great attitude, the room service was great, the pricing was fair and there wasn’t too much for me to complain about

Nina is an exceptional manager, great outstanding lady that you can tell treats everyone like family, she’s welcoming and makes this place feel like home!
Great place to stay the rooms are clean, the housekeeping takes care of the rooms and clean them well!
Place is safe, not really any suspicious people or activity around.

I had a bad experience only because one of the general managers I believe her name was Nina was a little too friendly when my boyfriend and I were checking in. She could’ve at least discounted our room or something make it worth my while at least.

Inn town suites is awesome for the price I would just say the area is not too good but overall we like it the rooms are clean and they always help us with anything we ask

I love living here, it's super affordable the management and security here and in being safe here it's great. I love how proper and well kept it is and that the staff are respectful and friendly and clear about the rules and make sure it's a good environment to stay in. Thanks for making this a good place to call home for now.Noteworthy details: It's a good place to stay longer term while In between places to go that isn't ghetto and doesn't have anything that's not family friendly here. THANKS!

This hotel has been very great! the newly renovated room was very clean and affordable. Very pleasant and comfterble. Staff members are very polite Lorie was very awesome and is a very great investment for à employee for this place. She deserves a raise awesome and thank you for every night making it great staying there! I give this place a 5 stars
