This service station does not stand behind their work.I had an oil leak Caused from their inexperienced techs. I asked for a refund for the oil change due to the fact that I had to get it fixed at a dealership and they were unwilling to satisfy this customer. I would not spend my money here. You're better off going and getting an oil Service package from a dealership.

The staff was great. I was in and out quickly. Once I pulled in, everyone chipped in and worked on the car to check the fluids, clean the windshield, perform the emissions check and safety inspection. It was awesome to see sick great teamwork.

Depending on which location you go to, you will get good or great service. 2100 south main = good/alright service. 400 south and 650 east= great service. Both are good places to take your car for a quick oil change. Bought the pack of three and have used them on both my car and daughter car. Good deal!

Probably the best jiffy lube in the salt lake valley. Very knowledgeable and friendly associates. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

I always go to this location for emission tests. Usually I can get in and out without much delay, and coupons available online can save you a few bucks.

Getting way too expensive for an oil change. The last time I received service (3,000 miles prior), I purchased and had them change my cabin filter. Today, he told me that whoever installed the filter, damaged it so I would need a new one. I told them it was purchased and installed here for $25. He said he couldn’t do anything about it since it was something like an oil change. Not coming back.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible! I went in for a basic oil change. They put the wrong type of oil in my car, up charged me like crazy. A couple weeks later was having problems with my car and had a different mechanic look at it. He checked my oil and it came out black and oil was so low. It looks like it was never changed. I thought I could trust jiffy lube for something this basic but nope! If you want to waste your money and leave with more problems than you came with, this is the place for you.

Cost me $78 for a replacement cap and most basic oil change. Jacked up prices. They made me wait over an hourrrrrr for the most basic oil change they offer. I was going to be late for work. Two people came and went before I left. I noticed my car sitting outside for about 20 minutes and no one was speaking to me. Finally pushing being late for work I told them I was going to be late and they apparently just realized my car was done and had forgotten to notify me. Annoying. I’ve had other good experiences at jiffy lubes but this was probably the worst.

This is not the first time I’ve had an unpleasant, cumbersome, or sketchy experience with jiffy lube. This particular jiffy lube, however, was the drop that spilled the glass of poor experiences.I came in to do an oil change which began as typical. After I came in and read a book for a while I realized I needed to go soon for another appointment I had planned, and seeing my car still opened in the dock, I decided to ask how much longer it would take to finish. One fella told me they hasn’t started. I told him I had to leave for another appointment and he said it would take them ten minutes to get it done. I told him I was sure I needed to go and just before I was about to let him know that I would be back, a second fella begins to explain to me from across the dock that it’s a first-come-first-serve basis and the other car was there before me and they needed to find some special plugs for them that took a while and that there’s only five of them there today. Just as I’m starting to respond, the first guy cuts me off to tell me I needed to plan for a good thirty minutes for an oil change. (I had been there for exactly 40). I told him “I’ve been here for almost an hour,” and just then, a third fella jumps into the conversation from the other side and exclaims: “no you haven’t sir, no you haven’t,” glares at me and shakes his head.Apparently, for jiffy lube employees it’s more important to be right, and to let the customer know they’re idiots for not doing things they way they would, thanks to give good customer service. Five people for two cars… and even though they could get mine done in ten minutes, and they knew the other car would take much longer, they decided to postpone mine instead of getting me in and out in order to then combine their efforts to finding the other car’s plugs. And to top it off, they were rude instead of apologetic so i would come back. I worked in the hospitality industry for ten years and it doesn’t matter how stupid or rude customers are (with I wasn’t), you always apologize and try to let them go with a positive experience so they come back. Not attack them in a group like a pack of animals.Please, please, please DO NOT go to jiffy lube for your services. At least this particular one. If not now, some time in the future, you will have a horrible experience where you wasted your time and your day was negatively impacted.

Do not go to this location for a VIN inspection. First time I went, they said they only offered a serial inspection, which "is not the same as a VIN inspection." Then when I found out it was, they said they didn't have the form and that I needed to bring them the form. The person who did the inspection wrote illegibly so I have had to come back and re-do the inspection. The second time around, they had the form but I needed some additional information for an out-of-state VIN inspection. I asked the person doing the inspection (Carlos) to provide this additional information and he was incredibly rude and abrasive saying "I don't know why you need that, I never have to do that." Then when he filled out half of the information I needed, he chose to hand the form back to me and proceeded to ignore me as if I was inconveniencing him. (there were only 2 other vehicles in the bay at this time) Then once I was able to get him to respond, he threw a fit because I was making him provide simple information like his job title, daytime phone number, and the odometer reading. Needless to say, I will not be giving Jiffy Lube any more of my business.

Staff seemed annoyed, they might have just been really tired. It was nice they are open on Sundays though
