Where do I even begin!! Natalie is the greatest yoga teacher and instructor, her knowledge about yoga shines in her teaching and classes!! She goes beyond the class with her clients and sincerely loves and cares for everyone. I would 10/10 recommend her!!!

I recently began yoga with Natalie and can't speak highly enough about my experiences so far. I feel like my body and spirit are being taken care of in a way I've never felt at any other yoga studio. She is amazing and intuitive and no two classes are the same. I am super excited about the healing possibilities for me and my chronic pain issues and the benefits to my spirit as well. Thank you Natalie... Namaste Kelley Colvin

I love this place. I just got into yoga recently and really enjoy this place. It is laid back but I have learned a lot in the short time I have been going and feel mentally/spiritually better too.

I found Mindful and Embodied through a Groupon for fitness classes at various facilities for $20. The Groupon included five classes at the Mindful and Embodied studio; given that the studio is a few blocks away from my house, and in light of the terrific reviews I'd seen online, it seemed like, even if I didn't use the Groupon for anything else, $20 was a great investment for five classes here! I went to my first class last night. The space is really small (like the size of your college living room) and a little hard to find from a crowded parking lot off 600 S. But if you're like me and you haven't been exercising regularly lately for whatever reason (me = childbirth (fine, he's two, but I'm a recently divorced single mom so time for myself is a precious commodity!)), it is so relaxing and welcoming when you come in that you quickly forget it was a bit of a hassle to get there. The instructor, Natalie, was terrific, especially for an easily intimidated, out of shape, generally squishy newcomer like me. The class was not physically taxing, but nor did I expect it to be given that its title was something like "rest and relaxation." I'm excited to sign up for my next class and really hope to develop a more regular, long-term yoga practice at this studio.

An incredibly welcoming space. Many people feel worried about walking into their first yoga class but the energy at Mindful & Embodied is personable and accessible. You'll be in great hands with Natalie. This cozy space also provides a wide variety of classes and the instructor personalizes each session for YOU--private sessions or group classes. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
